Research On The Measurement Of The Cooperative Development Of High And New Technology Industry In The Yangtze River Economic Belt And Its Influencing Factors

The Yangtze River economic belt is one of the most powerful areas and the most important regional strategic position in our country.It crosses 11 provinces or cities of the east and west in our country,carrying nearly 2/5 of the population and creating nearly half of GDP.It is an important region that industrial agglomeration and undertake regional industrial transfer.At present,China is in a critical period of upgrading and transformation of industrial structure.The high-tech industry plays a very important role in economic growth and industrial transformation in the world and regional,and has become a new driving force to promote economic growth and technological progress in various countries.The high and new technology industry synergy is the mutual restriction coupling and cooperation of the internal elements of the high and new technology industry system under the open condition,showing the process from disorder to order in time,space or function.The coordinated development of high-tech industry can improve the technological innovation level of Yangtze River economic belt,enhance the comprehensive strength of regional economy,promote free flow and rational allocation of resource elements,optimize industrial layout and speed up the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.However,the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River due to the differences of resource endowments and geographical,cause the development of high-tech industry of the Yangtze River economic belt has many problems: Science and technology investment is not uniform,coordination mechanism is not perfect,lack of cooperation between regions,industry homogeneity serious problem etc.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the cooperative development of high and new technology industry in the Yangtze River economic Belt.First of all,the related concepts,theories and research of the high-tech industry and industrial cooperation are summarized.Secondly,the article based on index of the development of high-tech industry of the Yangtze River economic belt in 2000-2015 years as the research object and analysis the present situation of the whole Yangtze River economic belt,various provinces and cities and the upper,middle and lower reaches regions.The article mainly analysis the production and operation situation.R&D activities and related conditions in every regions.Then,the article measure the cooperation degree of high and new technology in various provinces and cities of Yangtze River economic belt,the upper,middle and lower reaches regions and the whole Yangtze River economic belt.The article construct evaluation index system from four aspects of the input level,output level.Innovation ability and development potential.And use factor analysis method to determine the weight coefficient of each index system.The article uses synergistic model of composite system to measure the coordination degree.Thirdly,the article makes a qualitative analysis and selection of the impact of the cooperative development from the three factors of the government,the market and the region,using unit root test and cointegration test the original data.Then it does regression analysis and robustness test.finally,according to the current situation,cooperative measure and influencing factors of the results,the article analyzes the causes of the obstacles to the development of industrial cooperation and proposes relevant countermeasures.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From the current situation analysis,various provinces and cities,in the upper,middle and lower reaches region of Yangtze River economic belt in the high and new technology industry's production and operation situation,R&D activities and the related situation of 2000-2015 years have a steady upward trend.The development level of high and new technology industry in each regional from high to low were downstream area>middle reaches area>upstream area.(2)From the result of synergy degree measurement of regional perspective,the Yangtze River Economic Belt provinces from 2000 to 2015 years collaborative ordering trend ranking from front to back are: Jiangsu,Shanghai,Zhejiang,Hubei,Hunan,Anhui,Jiangxi,Sichuan,Chongqing,Guizhou,Yunnan.From the upper,middle and lower reaches of the three regional coordinated and orderly degree of measurement results the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,the regional coordination degree level is the highest,followed by the middle reaches,upstream of the lowest level of cooperation.The Yangtze River economic belt of high and new technology industry overall coordination level showed a steady upward trend,but the whole cooperation level is low.(3)The coordinated development of factors affecting the empirical results,the three factors of regional government,market,all have significant influence on the Yangtze River economic belt,the market,the lower reaches of the Yangtze River area prominent factors,market factors in technology market transactions accounted for the most significant proportion of total commodity trading index,regional factors in the import and export volume accounted for a significant proportion of the strongest GDP index.Influence of the government in the upstream region is significant,of which the main business income of state-owned enterprises accounted for the proportion of fiscal expenditure and the strongest GDP two index was significantly weaker and regional factors.(4)The research on the development status of high and new technology industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the calculation of coordination degree and the analysis of the influencing factors are summarized and the following suggestions are put forward: to play the role of the agglomeration of the high-tech industrial park and to promote the industrial agglomeration;to construct the cooperative development system of the high-tech industry and to perfect the cooperation mechanism of the region;to build the science and technology.We should create a platform for innovation,create a carrier for production,learning and research,establish a positive interaction mechanism between science and technology and finance,and expand financing channels.
