In recent years,with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,China's economy has developed rapidly.The elements structure,industrial structure,and spatial structure in urban and rural areas are rapidly transforming.The demand for construction land is increasing,and the land use structure is changing violently.The priority and key task for our country's development is to promote industrial structure optimization and industrial transformation and upgrading.However,the material basis of industrial transformation is the optimal allocation of land resources.The realization of industrial development and transformation is in terms of the optimization and adjustment of land use structure.Therefore,from the perspective of industrial transformation,simulated future land use spatial pattern is very important to realize the optimal allocation of industrial and land resources,regional differentiation,diversified development and land use planning.Banan district,one of the main districts in Chongqing,is in the critical period of rapid economic development,but its development quality is expected to be optimized,and the industrial development is in urgent need of transformation.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the industry,dividing the industrial transformation zones,constructing the transformation path,and simulating land use scenarios in Banan district in the backgrund of industrial transformation is of great significance to master the development direction of industrial differentiation and to promote "double optimization" of industry and land.This paper focuses on Banan district in Chongqing.Firstly,the study describes the evolution process and spatial pattern characteristics of industrial structure and land use structure,and analyzes the interaction mechanism between land use structure adjustment and industrial transformation.Then quantitative analysis shows the relationship between industrial structure and land use structure through structural change rate,Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression model.Secondly,on the basis of systematic analysis of relevant literature research,Banan district will be divided into four transition zones according to the connotation of industry transformation and consideration on the current situation of industry in Banan district.Besides,theis paper will repectively propose transformation paths,and construct the land use scenario in 2030 according to the industrial transformation in Banan district.At the same time,the Markov model will be adopted to construct the unconverted land use scenario in 2030 for comparative analysis.Finally,the FLUS model,which is verified by Kappa index,respectively simulates land use scenarios in the industrial transformation and industrial non-transformation of Banan district in 2030.The two scenarios and the transition zones are compared and analyzed by means of land use dynamic change.Moreover,the study puts forward the Suggestions on the industrial transformation and land use optimization.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The industrial structure in Banan district can be divided into two stages: in the year from 2005 to 2012 and from 2013 to 2016.In the previous stage,the development pattern of "secondary-tertiary-primary" was presented,with a high degree of structural balance.And the latter stage presents a "tertiary-secondary-primary" development pattern with a steady decline in equilibrium.The industrial structure upgrading index spatial pattern of industrial structure is high in the west areas including Lijiatuo,Longzhouwan,No.3 street in Yudong and is low in the middle of Tianxingsi town and Ersheng town,and the degree of equilibrium increases from northwest to southeast.Since 2009,the structural entropy value of the land use structure in Banan has been increasing in general,and the spatial pattern trends to increases form northwest to southeast.(2)In terms of relationship,land use adjustment plays a supporting role in industrial transformation,and industrial transformation plays a driving role in land use adjustment.From 2009 to 2016,the change rate of land use structure is increasing,and the rate of change in industrial structure fluctuate in the way of "growth-reduction-growth".The coefficient of deviation gradually declined after 2013,and gradually developed into a symmetrical and coordinated direction.The multiple linear regression analysis presents the positive correlation between the proportion of primary industry proportion and cultivated land and waters,the proportion of secondary industry and urban industrial and mining,and the negative correlation between the proportion of the tertiary industry and arable land.(3)The Banan district is divided into industrial structure optimization and transition zone,key industry adjustment and transition zone,secondary and tertiary industry upgrading and transformation zone,and the primary and tertiary industrial upgrading and transformation zone.The proposals respectively are be put forwards to promote the development of secondary and tertiary industry and increase the innovation in tertiary industry;to introduce production-oriented services and high-tech industries,and to vigorously develop and nurture key industries with advantages;to boost the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,and to advance an integration and development of new generation in information technology and manufacturing technology;to improve the quality of tourism,and to upgrade the transformation path integrated with modern agriculture and old-age,and leisure and urban tourism.(4)The two scenarios of industrial transformation and industrial non-transformation are distinct in land use spatial pattern.The change of land use type in industrial transformation is more intense,and the land use dynamic map spot is sufficient in number and abundant in types.The landscape pattern index shows that the CONTAG is relatively low,and the IJI,the SHDI,the SHEI and the AI are relatively high.Compared with the industrial non-transformation situation,in the industrial transformation scenario it is significantly higher in the urban construction land use in the industrial structure optimization and transformation area.In the key industry adjustment transformation zone,the development priority of the urban construction land differs.In the secondary and tertiary industrial technologies upgrading transformation zone,the land use and expansion in urban construction is obvious,and there is more conversion between agricultural land.In the primary and tertiary industrial upgrading transformation zone,there is frequent conversion within agricultural land,and relatively obvious increase of rural construction land area.(5)Based on the comparison and analysis of the situation simulation,this paper puts forward four suggestions for the industry transformation in Banan district,namely,"there are emphases,differences,stages and innovations".The following four Suggestions are proposed for the optimization of land use structure: continue to strictly implement the basic state policy of protecting arable land;optimize the existing construction land,control the expansion of urban construction land;optimize the land use structure in rural areas from the integration of "primary and tertiary" industries;pay attention to the ecological protection and ensure the land with ecological value,such as woodland and water.The final aim is to realize the rationalization of resources allocation in Banan district,and "double optimization" of land and industry.
