With the development of Web2.0,online knowledge community(OKC)has become an important platform for producing, sharing and acquiring knowledge. The social system consists of a large number of heterogeneous individuals.Heterogeneous individuals need team interaction to promote knowledge ordering.Knowledge ordering results in turn affect the social system. The reciprocal influence relationship among the three aspects determined how OKCs develop and evaluate.Therefor exploring such relationship is an important research subject.Based on the interactive team cognition theory and the IMOI(Input-Mediator-Output-Input)model,this paper proposes a reciprocal influence model of OKC society and knowledge system based on heterogeneity to explore the interaction relationship between knowledge heterogeneity, experience heterogeneity, knowledge collaboration, communication and knowledge ordering quality and efficiency.Taking the English version Wikipedia as example,we randomly selected 117 featured articles that were explicitly rated as B-class,GA-class and FA-class.According to the time that they were rated as the three classes, each sample's knowledge ordering cycle is divided into three stages, namely, earlier, middle and later stage respectively.Use partial least square analysis to test the theory model. The following conclusions are drawn:(1)knowledge heterogeneity has a positive effect on quality but negative effect on efficiency, while experience heterogeneity has a positive effect on efficiency but no significant effect on quality;(2)both knowledge and experience heterogeneity improve quality and efficiency through knowledge collaboration, and knowledge heterogeneity also improves quality through communication;(3)in the earlier and middle stage, knowledge heterogeneity has a positive effect on communication, however communication does not affect efficiency. But in the later stage, both knowledge and experience heterogeneity can improve efficiency through communication;(4)The quality of previous period has positive effect on heterogeneity and team interaction;(5)the previous knowledge ordering efficiency has a positive moderating effect on the relationship of previous knowledge and experience heterogeneity and the future ones;(6)comparing the path coefficients, knowledge heterogeneity is the main factor that affects quality while experience heterogeneity is the main factor that affects efficiency;knowledge heterogeneity is also the main factor to improve knowledge collaboration and communication;knowledge collaboration is the main team interaction process to improve knowledge ordering. This study has theoretical contribution and practical enlightenment. In theory, based on the interactive team cognition theory and the IMOI model in the traditional team research,a reciprocal influence model of OKC society and knowledge system based on heterogeneity is proposed, exploring the interaction relationship between heterogeneity, team interaction and knowledge ordering, and the direct effect and indirect effect through team interaction of heterogeneity on knowledge ordering is verified. And the knowledge ordering efficiency has proved the feedback effect which makes up for the lack of current research. In practice,OKC platform managers should attract heterogeneous members and improve collaboration and communication mechanisms to enhance knowledge ordering efficiency.
