With the strong promotion of economic transformation driven by consumption, the concept of domestic consumption is also changing continuously. The advance consumption and consumer credit model is gradually becoming a consumer development trend. As an important carrier for personal consumption, credit card sales and the scale of transactions have continued to rise in recent years.According to statistics, the domestic consumer credit balance in 2016 was 25 trillion yuan, and the number of domestic credit card issuance was 470 million,an increase of 7.6% year by year.Three-quarters of credit card users have started using credit card on their daily spending. The credit card business is characterized by its low interest rate, convenient repayment, flexible term, and installment payment, which promotes the development of customer groups and profits of card issuers, provides value-added benefits to cardholders, and reduces the printing of cash and banknotes to enhance the entire domestic market. The scale of consumer credit has played an irreplaceable and positive role in expanding domestic consumption. At present, various commercial banks also regard the credit card business as an important breakthrough in the development of retail business. In recent years, the marketization of credit card interest rates has been promoted and implemented step by step, giving the bank card market more free space.Credit card issuers independently determine the credit card overdraft method, the interest rate standards for overpayment, the interest-free repayment period, and so on.The move released the vitality of the credit card market, but also brought the ever-changing competition. At the same time,as the macroeconomic operating risks increase, the bad credit card rate rises rapidly, the commissions for bank card swipes continue to decrease, and mobile payments and virtual credit cards develop rapidly. The development of bank's credit card business faces serious challenges, and the bank employees' turnover is becoming increasingly serious.Banking industry faces more and more difficulties and challenges in talent management. The flow of personnel in banking financial institutions is also increasingly diversified. In recent years, there have been many theoretical and empirical researches on talent turnover at home and abroad, but most of them only focus on the analysis of talent turnover in a certain industry, and the management methods for dealing with talent turnover are relatively broad. The talent turnover of credit card center is a new phenomenon that has just emerged in recent years.Although it has received the attention of the whole society, there is a relative lack of research on the detailed refinement of a banking business sector. In view of this, this thesis takes the employees of the credit card department of the six banking institutions in Guangzhou as the research object, and explores the key factors that influence the talent turnover of Chinese banking industry in the current environment. An official questionnaire is designed for research.Combining with the actual situation of corporate and domestic and foreign research results,in addition to the relational analysis on salary and benefits, career promotion and management communication which are traditional issues, this thesis has constructed a relational model of internal and external factors in the context of performance-based high-pressure brought by market saturation and the impact of the emerging business of mobile payment and virtual credit cards business. This thesis is more scientifically and comprehensively used for analysis and discussion. The talent turnover of bank's credit card business is mainly due to the ambiguity in the development prospects of credit card business, the impact of mobile payment and emerging business of virtual credit card on employees' psychological expectations, the high pressure of employees' performance due to saturation of the credit card market, and the development of new consumer finance companies. Also, external work opportunities and other intricate internal and external factors lead to this result.
