In this era of knowledge economy,socialist market-oriented competition is fierce.Employees are the greatest wealth and guarantee of enterprises,and are the core competitiveness of enterprises.The frequent turnover of clinical trial coordinators in site management organization has become a thorny problem for enterprises.Ignoring the turnover of clinical researchers without taking necessary measures will inevitably affect the development of enterprises and lose the business interests of enterprises.Company B is a clinical research site management organization.In recent years,the turnover rate has exceeded 30%,which affects the normal operation of the company.Based on the practical research on the turnover status of clinical researche coordinator(CRC)in company B,this paper summarizes the factors that affect the turnover of CRC staff,and seeks solutions to help the company managers understand the working status of CRC staff,adjust the human resource strategy according to the actual situation,and effectively control the turnover problem,which is important to ensure the company's business stability and improve the company's operational efficiency.For the above purposes,this article takes the employee turnover of company B as the research object,and uses interview methods,literature methods,case analysis methods and other in-depth analysis to analyze the reasons for employees' departure.The content of the article is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly expounds the research background and significance of this article.The second chapter mainly analyzes the overview and relevant definitions of domestic and foreign research.The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of the company B's human resources.Chapter 4 starts with the case of Company B,including in-depth analysis of human resources planning,recruitment training,performance management,corporate culture,turnover management,etc.,and describes in detail its current status and employee turnover status and the impact of employee turnover.Chapter V,puts forward countermeasures for its existing problems,draws on the successful experience of foreign excellent related companies,and puts forward constructive suggestions for reducing staff turnover.Chapter 6 summarizes the research and puts forward deficiencies and suggestions for improvement.Through the in-depth study of company B,this paper concludes that the loss of employees brings immeasurable losses to the company and is not conducive to the development of the company.Aiming at the current situation of employee turnover in company B,this paper proposes that employee management can be carried out by improving the salary system,improving career planning,improving human resource planning,and strengthening turnover management,so as to reduce the turnover rate of employees and help the healthy development of enterprises.So as to affect the entire industry as a whole,so that the industry can develop steadily and positively.
