After China joined the WTO in 2001,Chinese automobile industry boomed,surpassing Japan and the United States in 2009,becoming the largest automobile producer.With market continuously expanding,there are more products attend in to competing.At the same time,Chinese self-owned brands automobile have grown up,and competing with the joint venture.With the automobile companies developing,the problem of human resource management become increasingly obvious.How to build an efficient organization,how to recognize the lack of human resource,how to mobilize existing human resource effectively…these problems should come into consideration by the leaders of companies.L Company is a design company mainly engaged in automobile research and development.It is mainly responsible for the R&D of traditional energy and new energy vehicle projects and R&D of powertrain projects.Company has developed from a small company of nearly one hundred people to more than three thousand people,research and development work have increased sharply.How many employees can support all of the research and development work,is the human resource management problem that need to be solved.This paper research the situation of the human resource in L Company vehicle development project.According to research,conduct reasonable human resource planning,and forecast the human resource of the future two years,to guiding human recruitment work.This paper is divided into two stages,the first stage is analyzing the human resource within project progress.According to collecting the human recourse input data in the past vehicle development projects,using the linear regression to analyze the data.Get the regularity of human resource demand of automobile R&D project.The second stage,combined with L company product planning,using the human resource requirement model from the first stage,get the forecast of L company human resources requirement,find out the gap,and formulate corresponding measures.After researching,it is concluded that a new development project generally need around 60-180 people – work,modified development project general need around 47-90 people – work.The company's current human resources can support the current development task.According to product planning,the peak of human resources requirement in L Company in the next two years will be in the 1st quarter of 2019.
