| Along with our country to accelerate the pace of the urbanization,the scale of the city is expanding quickly,the city's economy is developing rapidly and the number of the population has increased rapidly,which has brought the demand of urban distribution increased rapidly;and with the rapid development of e-commerce,online shopping frequency is more and more high,and the circulation area of express distribution,cold chain transport,large transport appliances also rise substantially in the demand of distribution.However,the increase in urban distribution demand will bring a large amount of transportation vehicles,which will aggravate the congestion of urban traffic system,and lead to a large amount of carbon emissions.Under the background that the whole society pays attention to low carbon environmental protection,the low carbonization of the urban distribution industry is imperative.This thesis is focus on the problem of carbon dioxide emission reduction in urban distribution,on the basis of low carbon policy at home and abroad,the distribution characteristics of the main category of urban distribution industry are taken as the pointcut to optimize the city distribution path for fresh cold chain,express package and large household appliances,thus helping to explore the impact of low carbon policy on urban distribution path planning.First of all,on the base of analyzing the distribution characteristics of the main category of urban distribution,the main products of urban distribution are divided into three categories:fresh cold chain,express package and large household appliances,thus helping to analyze the distribution characteristics of them;then,analyze the factors of traffic speed and the influence of vehicle fuel quantity and passable time period of distribution based on city road sections,and provide a theoretical basis for the calculation of amount of fuel in the process of urban distribution;then,according to the distribution characteristics of the three categories,analyze the constraint conditions and costs of city distribution,thus helping to construct the urban distribution path optimization models of fresh cold chain,express package and large household appliances;then,take the impact of carbon tax policy as a comparison,the model of low carbon urban distribution route optimization of fresh cold chain,express package and large household appliances are constructed in turn.Then,the algorithm is designed,and the tabu search algorithm is added to the traditional genetic algorithm to improve the accuracy of the algorithm.Finally,3 actual enterprises of Guangzhou city are taken as examples,including a vegetable production enterprise,a city express enterprise and a home appliances business enterprise,and the algorithm is used to solve these models by MATLAB software,models which consider the carbon emission factors and do not consider the optimal distribution of carbon emission factors are calculated,and the three aspects of the cost structure,carbon emissions and the amount of social benefits are analyzed in order to explore the impact of low carbon factors on different categories of city distribution path planning.It is concluded that in the process of urban distribution in different categories based on the actual network information,the path optimization considering the low carbon factors can effectively reduce the distribution process of CO2,and reduce the total cost of the enterprise and society,thus achieving greater social benefits at a lower cost.Therefore,the path planning of the urban distribution enterprises under the low carbon policy is conducive to reducing carbon emissions and achieving a win-win situation between the enterprises and the society. |
