With the increasingly competition between enterprises in twenty-first century and the rapid development of science and technology, more and more enterprises have considered team as its organizational structure. In order to keep the healthy development of the enterprises, enterprise leaders begin to pay close attention to employees’ emotional intelligence. More and more organizations concern the emotional intelligence which has attracted the interest of researchers. From the research of most previous scholars, most of them focused on individual emotional intelligence, rarely explored the emotional intelligence of team contribution to the enterprise. As such, this research is put forward to the overall research framework and tried to explore the effect of emotional intelligence and effectiveness. In order to open the black box of team emotional intelligence on team effectiveness.This paper first reviews the literature related to team emotional intelligence, team cohesion and team effectiveness. After the analysis of the domestic and foreign literature about the variables, we have found its shortcomings. Try to explore the relationship between team emotional intelligence and team effectiveness, which indicates team emotional intelligence has a positive predictive effect on team effectiveness, then we select team cohesion as an mediator variable and put forward to the research hypotheses,on the basis of these, the author build the model of the team emotional intelligence,team cohesion and team effectiveness. This paper adopted questionnaire survey to collect original data of three variables. At the same time, using SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software to get the data analysis results, finally verify the theory model and research hypothesis. The results show that there are remarkable positive effects of team emotional intelligence to team effectiveness, team cohesion has partial mediating effects on the relationship between them; there are remarkable positive effects of team effectiveness to team effectiveness. This paper through the study of the relationship between the team emotional intelligence, team cohesion and team effectiveness, which extend the range of team emotional intelligence, it means to cause the enterprise leaders attention to the team’semotional intelligence, it has important practical value for our country enterprise future improvement of effectiveness, at the same time it provides basic frame for localized empirical enterprise research.
