In recent years,the rapid development of information technology has promoted the development of cloud manufacturing and network collaborative manufacturing,resulting in a new business model.In this mode,the capacity supplier with surplus capacity can share the right to use the surplus capacity with the capacity demander through the platform.Therefore,the waste caused by purchasing less used production equipment is effectively avoided,and the utilization rate of idle resource production capacity is improved.In the context of manufacturing capacity sharing,the capacity sharing platform for self-owned equipment will open the platform to introduce capacity suppliers in order to expand its business.This thesis discusses the introduction of capacity suppliers and pricing issues for the capacity sharing platform for self-owned equipment.First,through the sequential game method,we study the quality selection strategy and pricing decision issues when the platform introduces capacity suppliers.The study found that when the quality of the capacity supplier is lower,the platform introduces low-quality capacity suppliers to bring the platform’s own equipment to share business profits higher.But when the quality of the capacity supplier is higher,the registration fee charged by the platform to the high-quality capacity supplier is also higher.After calculation,when the platform is open,the quality of high-quality capacity suppliers and low-quality capacity suppliers are both low or at a medium level,the platform will bring more profit to the platform by introducing low-quality capacity suppliers.Then,based on the Hotelling model,through the sequential game method,when the quality of the platform and the capacity supplier are the same,the platform introduces the optimal strategy of the capacity supplier with which service level and the optimal pricing under different decisions.The study found that the platform will not introduce capacity suppliers with the same service level as its own.When the service cost coefficient is small and the service levels provided by suppliers with high and low service levels are small,the platform will choose to introduce high service levels of capacity supply When the service cost coefficient is small and the service level provided by the suppliers with high and low service levels differs greatly or the service cost is large,the platform will introduce capacity suppliers with low service levels.The platform’s strategy of subsidizing or charging registration fees is related to service costs.
