Planning And Implement Of Fullwisdon's Large-scale Activities

With the development of the new era and the continuous progress of the society,as well as China plays a much important role on the world stage,people pursue a greater spiritual and cultural needs and development.It's becomes urgent to meet people's ever-growing needs for a better life by meet their spiritual and cultural needs.Therefore,develop cultural construction in the society and hold large-scale cultural activities through out the country become an remarkable power to promote the development of the city,enrich the spiritual and cultural life of people,propagandize socialist core values,and even enhance the soft power of China.However,there are still problems in the development of exist domestic large cultural activities,such as the deviation from the theme,old-school activity form and content,low sense of participation,and poor results.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to explore an innovative project management and operation model of large-scale cultural activities which are simple,happy,novel and efficient based on the theory,model and experience on this topic of both domestic and foreign scholars,as well as the analysis of actual cases of Guangdong Fullwisdom Education Group.In the beginning,this paper researches and summarizes the current situation on domestic and foreign large-scale activities,and analyzes their basic properties and characteristics,which provides a solid foundation for the research of innovative large-scale cultural activity model.Secondly,this paper make a systematic discussion and set up standards on the whole process of theoretical basis,project planning,project implementation,project summary and evaluation,as well as project management of the cultural activities of Fullwisdom.In the project planning part,Fullwisdom tries to quantify and clarify the theme selection,site selection,budget,target system establishment,effect control,etc.based on the basis of feasibility.In the project implementation part,Fullwisdom focuses on planning and effectiveness assurance,preparation of key points,Internet applications during the process,project summary,optimization,and evaluation.Moreover,this paper analyzes an actual case of Fullwisdom,theSixth Chinese Wisdom Application in Commerce Forum in Hainan in 2018,that applied this model.
