Lean production by continuous improve, in pursuit of perfection, zero loss, zero inventory, zero defects as the goal, to eliminate unnecessary waste, reduce the cost of production, improve labor efficiency and product quality, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and achieve the ultimate benefit of enterprise.CJ company is a professional company in copper, aluminum, sheet metal processing, it was founded in 2007 in Suzhou, mainly service in the field of power industry customers, they have more than one thousand kinds of products. With the development of the world economy, and the market competition, the traditional production mode in a enterprises have been extensive, low production efficiency, unstable quality, a large backlog of inventory problems have become increasingly, unable to meet the needs of our customers and the market competition. Through the recommendation of customer, CJ Company has promote lean production management, and gradually get rid of the previous state of production mode, greatly enhance the enterprise’s production capacity. But for many companies in China, including CJ Company to understanding and application of lean production, is often copy without catching its spirit, and the effect is not ideal.In this article, firstly, study lean production background and significance, then review of the domestic and foreign development history, and research achievements in Chinese and foreign literature, third, analyze the lean production problem in CJ company, finally, provide suggestions to CJ company.
