The arrival of the "Internet +" era make information spread faster,it is increasingly fierce competition between enterprises,meanwhile job information can be acquired more convenient,so the company's talent turnover increased.The enterprises need to make help newcomer comprehend the enterprise values through improve management measures to retain staff,to help new employees adapt to the role transition as soon as possible and promote enterprise's sustained competitiveness.In the field of organizational behavior research,the active socialization has a significant impact on helping new employees to realize their identity transformation and adapt to the environment quickly.For the newcomer,the higher expectation of future events,the more willing to act and change the behavior,so can employees with high levels of pre-entry expectations bring more active socialization? How does he improve active socialization? In different environments,is it different for individuals that pre-entry expectations bring active socialization?Based on the social cognitive theory and the broaden-and-build theory of positive emotions,from the perspective of employees in different types of perceived supervisor support can improve their active socialization,we build a model focusing on the effect of pre-entry expectations on active socialization.This study proposed a series of research hypotheses.including the direct effect of employee pre-entry expectations on active socialization;the mediator model which is to explain why pre-entry expectations has effect on active socialization;the difference of the effect of pre-entry expectations on active socialization in different environment,perceived supervisor support as a moderator.This study takes survey methods and uses the statistical method of regression analysis to test the hypotheses.We distributed electronic questionnaires to employees of different enterprises 264 valid questionnaires in total.Good reliability and validity ensured the validity of the data.The empirical results revealed that pre-entry expectations make a significantly positive affects to active socialization,and organizational identification make a well explanation for this study.When newcomer perceived higher supervisor support,the positive relationship between pre-entry expectations on active socialization will be strengthen.And when newcomer perceived low supervisor support,the positive relationship between pre-entry expectations on active socialization will drop off.According to the results of the empirical analysis and discussing,all research hypotheses had been verified.At last,according to the logical relationship,from different view put the management suggestions to the management.This study believes that the management of an enterprise can pay attention to the entry expectations of new employees in the enterprise recruitment and post setting.Reasonable management of the employees and motivate their active social behavior,the organization can also be used by setting up a two-way feedback mechanism to improve staff say,improve leadership support behavior,maximize improve staff active social behavior.
