The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party pointed out that innovation is the first driving force for development.In today's society,more and more companies are focusing on innovation to enhance the vitality of the company and thus stand out in the market competition.New employees are in the transition period from school to business.Their values and thinking have not yet been fully formed.They have good learning ability and innovative ability,and they can bring unlimited possibilities for enterprise innovation.However,the actual situation of new employees in the enterprise is not optimistic.Numerous relevant reports show that the current generation of university graduates have changed frequently during the first year,showing the characteristics of short-term behavior of"flash".The turnover rate of new employees continues to rise,which should cause the company to reflect,how to grasp the real expectations of new employees,give appropriate support to new employees,help new employees adapt to the environment,retain talents,and translate their innovative capabilities into actual results.It is a common problem faced by modern enterprises,and it is also a problem that needs to be solved in the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,the study explores the relationship between the new employee's realistic elmployment expectations and innovation performance in the context of China's new society,and combines the organizational socialization process to explore the impact mechanism between variables,and proposes for enterprise management and organizational socialization of new employees.The theoretical basis for reference.Based on the literature analysis,the research establishes a model of the impact of job expectations on innovation performance,and is based on the mediating role of organizational socialization process.The regression analysis,structural equation analysis and mediation effect analysis were carried out using SPSS,AMOS and MPLUS software,and the hypothesis was verified.The study found four conclusions:First,job expectations can positively affect innovation performance.Second,job expectations can positively influence organizational socialization.The strategy will positively influence the innovation performance.Third,the job expectation can positively influence the organizational socialization strategy and positively influence the innovation performance.Forth,the job expectation can positively influence the individual's feelings about the organization's socialization strategy,and positively influence the initiative.Social behavior.which in tuirn affects innovation performance.In the end,according to the two subjects involved in the study-the company and the new employees,the relevant recommendations were proposed from two perspectives.
