Entrepreneurial activity to promote innovation, to connect technology and market, turn new knowledge and technologies into products and services to create value, promote economic development and solve social employment, is the driving force of economic development and become an active factor in promoting national economic development. Entrepreneurial team as the subject of entrepreneurial activity, increases the possibility of entrepreneurial success by the resources integration, skills complementary and risks sharing, and has become a hot topic of Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial team composition affect team interaction, team interaction would affect the team's performance. The paper systematically studies the interaction of entrepreneurial team's structure, behavior and performance.First of all, based on the previous studies, this research provides three basic models and a paradigm:the three-dimensional model of entrepreneurial team structure with roles structure, skills structure and power structure; the three-dimensional model of entrepreneurial team behavior with risk behavior, decision-making behavior and learning behavior; the three-dimensional model of entrepreneurial team performance with team development power, team cohesion and business performance; referencing the SCP paradigm of industrial economics, establishes a SCP paradigm of entrepreneurial team.Secondly, the paper analyzes entrepreneurial team's structure-behavior relationship, structure-performance relationship, behavior-performance relationship, structure-conduct-performance relationship from the theoretical point of view. Using statistical software SPSS13.0 and lisrel8.70, the study verifies the three-dimensional model of entrepreneurial team structure, the three-dimensional model of entrepreneurial team behavior and the three-dimensional model of entrepreneurial team performance, researches the correlation of structure-behavior, the correlation of structure-performance, the correlation of behavior-performance, the correlation of structure-conduct-performance about entrepreneurial team, draws the following conclusions:the three-dimensional model of entrepreneurial team with structure roles structure, skills structure and power structure was set up; the three-dimensional model of entrepreneurial team behavior with risk behavior, decision-making behavior and learning behavior was set up; the three-dimensional model of entrepreneurial team performance with team development power team cohesion and business performance was set up; entrepreneurial team structure affects the behavior of entrepreneurial team, entrepreneurial team behavior affects the performance of entrepreneurial team, entrepreneurial team behavior plays an intermediate role between the entrepreneurial team structure and the performance of entrepreneurial team.Finally, the study proposes the paths to optimize entrepreneurial team structure, the ways to improve entrepreneurial team behavior and the approaches to increase the performance of entrepreneurial team, and gives some recommendations to optimize the entrepreneurial teams we selected.
