Research On Risk Management Of Software Outsourcing Project In Telecom Enterprises

Many practices show that software outsourcing is not only conducive to saving resources,reduce project operating costs,but also conducive to the efficient implementation of demand.In order to effectively cope with the increasingly fierce market competition,improve market responsiveness and comprehensive competitiveness,the software outsourcing has also been more and more attention.But at the same time outsourcing is also a higher risk of software system development strategy,in the software outsourcing process,the telecommunications business as a contractor facing more information asymmetry and more uncertainty,outsourcing risk may be related to the activities of telecom enterprises.In terms of the current software system outsourcing projects of telecom enterprises,the risk factors of such projects are very complicated and very prominent.If the risk management of the project is weak,it may lead to the inability to effectively identify and assess the risk of outsourcing projects,can not carry out timely and effective risk control and response efficient project risk management can effectively identify the uncertainties in the project,design effective measures and processes,transfer,mitigate,eliminate the probability of occurrence of risk and its consequences,to achieve effective management of risk,Provide efficient protect to projects.Project risk management has a significant impact on the system performance of outsourcing projects.To improve the performance of software outsourcing in telecom industry,project risk management is more and more important.Based on the theory and method of project management,taking into account the characteristics of the software outsourcing project and the life cycle of the telecom enterprise,this paper takes the Qinghai mobile operation and maintenance management system project as an example,this paper puts forward the risk coping strategies and specific risk countermeasures of telecom enterprises in software outsourcing projects,and makes a comprehensive identification,analysis and evaluation of the risks of software outsourcing projects in telecom enterprises by using fishbone chart and PFMEA method.Through this research,we can improve the effectiveness of risk management of software outsourcing projects in telecom enterprises and improve the success of software outsourcing projects in telecom enterprises.
