This study is aiming at the current situation of human resource management outsourcing of our existing enterprise,to find out problems facing the enterprise human resources outsourcing process,and for the YY group in the process of the implementation of human resources outsourcing in constructive suggestions.This paper summarized massive relevant literature as premise,and then based on human resource management and risk management theory,discusses the identification of human resource management outsourcing risk assessment and control.Firstly,this study helps the professional organizations to the operation and management of human resources outsourcing in scale by studying human resource outsourcing risk management,thereby reducing the cost of a single enterprise original human resources management.Secondly,outsourcing risk management of human resources and scientific enterprises can reduce the enterprises' basic work,allowing companies to have more energy to focus on their core competencies with work and business.In addition,studies of human resource outsourcing risk management can also help companies reduce the risks in their own business and business management that may be encountered,but the business affairs of human resources management services and professional services firms is far smaller,and enterprises are increasingly faced with the risk of regulations,policies,finance,technology,corporate governance.This paper analyzes the current status quo of YY group's human resource outsourcing and performance achieved,allowed by the introduction of the current enterprise achievements at the same time,and the existing significant problem,and then analyzes the underlying causes of these problems.Finally,it puts forward reasonable suggestions for these risks,which can not only help YY group and control the risk of human resource outsourcing.This paper from the micro and macro two aspects of why the implementation of human resource outsourcing enterprises and organizations influence the enterprise human resources outsourcing market factors,therefore,this research has certain applicability and novelty.
