With the development of modern Internet technology,every industry is deeply affected by it,and so is the brokerage industry.Traditional securities of the company's main profit model is mainly economic business,especially in our country's securities firms,starting from the stock exchange was founded in 1990 in China,the main profit is stock trading brokerage fees,twenty years basically do not have too big change,brokerage,rely mainly on increasing outlets to expand its influence and coverage.However,as Internet technology seeps into various industries,the securities industry is more than capable.In 2013,the domestic brokerage via the Internet technology to achieve the "online accounts",in which investors don't need to go to the securities company's outlets,can realize remote account transactions,this be regarded as a new starting point of China's Internet securities business,customers can through the computer,mobile phone before and trading stocks,result in traditional securities business departments is difficult to meet the needs of customers of the Internet technology.2015,our country policy allows more than one person,the brokerage industry competition intensifies,the traditional procedure of brokerage rate falling,it will lead to traditional brokerage profit is difficult to continue,must look for new way of development.Brokerage is the development direction of the future must customer data resources as the core of the Internet financial platform strategy,domestic brokerage transformation mainly has three directions: first,there is a large comprehensive investment Banks such as Goldman sachs;The second type is a comprehensive retail brokerage,such as Charles schwab in the United States;The third category is featured brokers such as e-trade,an American online brokerage.In this paper,we study the purpose is to solve the brokers in the Internet development under the trend of the transformation direction of operation mode,and in the securities of financial management transformation of G as an example,studies the transformation of the brokerage premise condition,operation mode and the problems existing in the transformation process and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
