| The in-depth reform of the power system and fierce competition in the market make the existing performance management mode of electric power company encounter a bottleneck.How to establish an effective performance management mode to enhance the competitiveness of the company is a pressing problem for China's power companies.Power companies need an effective performance control system to examine the company to ensure the efficiency of the company's operation,and only in this way can the company continue to develop to maintain its competitiveness.Based on the analysis of relevant information,the paper studies the performance management of electric power company with XA power company as a typical case,guided by the theory and method of performance management.This paper first introduces the performance management status of XA power company.Secondly,it analyzes the problems and causes of performance management of XA power company,and again,in line with the principles of strategic orientation,full coverage,scientific quantification,strengthening application and dynamic feedback,using the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)and key performance indicators(KPI)as a tool,Combined with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the performance management system of XA power company is constructed from the overall level,department level and individual level of the company.Finally,some pertinent safeguard measures are put forward from the management concept,organization,system and staff team to ensure the performance management of XA power company can be implemented to the maximum extent.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The new performance management system contributes to the realization of the strategic objectives of XA electric power company.The optimized performance management system first transforms the overall strategic target of the company into several specific targets,which is the first index of the company's performance management system,then decomposes several specific indicators on behalf of the overall strategic target of the company,and implements the performance management indicators of each department and decomposed to the performance management indicators of each department.The second layers of the performance management system are formed.Finally,each department will decompose the performance management index to the employees in the Department,thus forming the performance management index of the staff and the third level index of the company performance management system.In this way,the new performance management system of XA electric power company is closely related to the strategic objectives of the company.(2)The new performance management system standardizes the management behavior and improves the management level.The good performance management system can reflect the problems in the management of the company more truly and more comprehensively.Through these problems,the managers can adjust and improve their management methods in time.This makes the management methods of XA power company managers more effective and greatly improved the management level.(3)The new performance management system helps to establish a good corporate culture and enhance the competitiveness of the company.The new management system better reflects the fair and fair in all aspects of the company,which is beneficial to stimulate the staff's work passion and form a good corporate cultural atmosphere.(4)The establishment of a new performance management system to solve the problem of low efficiency of company management.The new management system provides a clear indicator for the staff of various departments and strengthens the purpose of the work of the departments and employees,and undoubtedly improves their work efficiency. |
