Research On Poverty Alleviation Problems And Contermeasures Of Rureal Finance In Inner Mongolia

In recent years,Inner Mongolia has achieved good results in the cause of self-governance and poverty alleviation,which is closely related to the importance attached by the state and local governments.With the participation of financial institutions in poverty alleviation in rural areas,their support effects have been evident,especially in the poorer ethnic minority areas of Inner Mongolia.The participation of financial institutions in poverty alleviation,while sharing the financial pressures of national and local governments,can also achieve their main purpose of income generation.However,while the Inner Mongolia financial institutions have achieved good results in the process of poverty alleviation,there are also certain problems,which require the government,financial institutions and rural households to exert their respective capabilities in the process of rural financial poverty alleviation in the region.In order to realize the inner Mongolia rural areas poverty alleviation efforts.This paper studies the problem of poverty alleviation and its countermeasures in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region by finding out the problem and solving the problem.This paper studies the problem of poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia rural finance and its countermeasures as follows: first,the introduction and the theoretical foundation part.This part discusses the research background,significance,current situation,ideas and methods of poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia rural finance;To study the conceptual definition and theoretical basis of rural financial poverty alleviation,and to define the concepts of poverty,poverty alleviation and financial poverty alleviation;This paper studies the theory of financial poverty alleviation,agricultural credit theory,rural theory and incomplete competition theory.The second is to review the development course of rural financial poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia,and promote the stage of poverty alleviation,scale development,poverty alleviation,comprehensive development,and precision poverty alleviation.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the current situation of rural poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia,and analyzes the status of rural development in Inner Mongolia and the status of financial poverty alleviation.The paper also discusses the problems and causes in the process of poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia's rural areas,which are mainly manifested in the imperfect financial system,the insufficient amount of financial poverty alleviation funds,the heavy amount of financial poverty alleviation tasks,the relatively bad environment for financial poverty alleviation,and the imperfect financial guarantee system.The main reasons are government factors,financial institutions and poor households.Finally,it summarizes the advanced experience of poverty alleviation in rural areas abroad,including the experience of poverty alleviation in rural areas such as Bangladesh,Japan,Latin America,and Bolivia.And put forward corresponding suggestions to the poverty alleviation of rural finance in Inner Mongolia.We need to improve the rural financial poverty alleviation system,increase investment in and management of poverty alleviation funds,innovate and develop a new model for rural financial poverty alleviation,improve the harsh environment for rural financial poverty alleviation,and improve the guarantee system for rural financial poverty alleviation.
