Research On Poverty Alleviation Problems And Countermeasures Of E-commerce In Destitute Areas From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

With the wide popularization of the Internet in recent years,rural e-commerce has also emerged,realizing the link between small production and large market,increasing more sales channels for agricultural and sideline products in poor areas,and changing the traditional sales model in rural areas,and providing new ways for agricultural and sideline products to go out of rural areas.The development of rural e-commerce,so that the poor groups can be effectively combined with the market.The poor group USES the e-commerce platform to promote agricultural and sideline products,increase the income of the poor population,continuously improve the living standard,and at the same time narrow the gap between urban and rural commercial information.In the context of the Internet era,the country closely combines targeted poverty alleviation with vigorous efforts to promote poverty alleviation,so that poor people can effectively change and improve their family incomes and obtain substantial benefits in the poverty alleviation through e-commerce,realize real income increase,and then enter into the state of poverty reduction and poverty alleviation,and ensure that it is not easy to return to poverty.E-commerce poverty alleviation has become one of the effective poverty alleviation means in the context of the Internet era.This article through to a large number of relevant literature collecting and organizing,sum up,in a collaborative governance theory,new public service theory,based on the theory of participatory poverty alleviation in precise battle slightly background for poverty alleviation in China,in Guizhou province Y county as the research object,A field survey was conducted on e-commerce poverty alleviation in Y county to find out the experience and prominent problems in e-commerce poverty alleviation.From the perspective of collaborative governance,the solutions and countermeasures were tried to be found.County Y has effectively combined the development of e-commerce with targeted poverty alleviation to a certain extent,and initially set up an e-commerce platform,which has shown initial results and can serve as a reference for the poverty alleviation work of e-commerce around county Y.However,the development of e-commerce in Y county is not mature enough.After analyzing it,this paper expects to further improve the poverty alleviation work of c-commerce in Y county and provide a demonstration for the poverty alleviation work of e-commerce in Guizhou province and even the whole country.This paper the present situation of the poverty alleviation of the Y county electricity suppliers,operation mechanism,results,and then analyze the research data collected,the data found in Y county electricity there is electricity,weak infrastructure,for poverty alleviation policy is imperfect,lack of public service function,the lack of electricity and technical personnel and the degree of standardization and the brand of agricultural products,and perform causal analysis on the existing problems,and put forward feasible countermeasures and Suggestions.This article is divided into five parts,The first part is the introduction,focusing on how to analyze the background of the research object of Y county e-commerce poverty alleviation composition.Then,the purpose,theoretical and practical significance of this paper are briefly described.Then,the paper summarizes and comments on the current situation of research in the field of e-commerce poverty alleviation at home and abroad,clarifies the research
