With the rise of the city chain restaurant industry,the industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the demand for talent is more and more exuberant,catering enterprises how to develop efficient human resources management system,the formation of effective incentive mechanism,maximize the play of every employee Potential,is a core issue of its sustainable development.In this thesis,we focus on the problem of employee incentive in catering industry,and take SJ Food & Beverage Company of Shenzhen City as the research object.Through the methods of literature analysis,interview and questionnaire,we interviewed the founder,key position manager,General employees and so on,summed up the status quo of the incentive mechanism of employees,analysis of the company employees incentive mechanism problems,to understand the company in the past to improve employee incentive mechanism efforts,achievements and failures of the cases and lessons.Through the questionnaire to understand the needs of employees,and to collect staff on the existing incentives and suggestions.Finally,combined with the pre-theoretical analysis and corporate on-site research,designed SJ employees incentive combination scheme.According to the internal contribution of employees and their competitiveness in the external human resources market,employees are divided into four categories,high contribution to high competitiveness,high contribution to low competitiveness,low contribution to high competitiveness,low contribution to low competitiveness.For the four types of employees,according to the combination of long-term incentive and short-term incentive to develop a combination of precision incentive program.The paper also puts forward some safeguard measures,such as perfecting the system of the company,multi-measures to get through the bottleneck of talent development,paying attention to the construction of enterprise culture,shaping good corporate values,caring for employees in the details,The atmosphere and strengthen internal communication and democratic supervision.
