The PCB industry in our country has 10 years of development history,which has been considered with enormous potential.The rapid development of circuit board technology with possible marketing strategy to develop products,and the prices have to keep up with rapid changes in the market with quickly adjust.The judgment on the effect of marketing strategy based on the effect,which is difficult to verify through specific practice after implementation,so it always requires corporate marketing decision-makers to stand in the global industry to consider developing marketing strategy,and constantly adjust to constantly adaption.Through competitive strategy System circuit board industry,not only to the company's board of GASF business ideas to provide a reference for the development of the circuit board industry has explored a new direction.I hope the relevant people in the industry can work together to provide research for the circuit board industry,rapid and healthy development in the future.This paper will be based on analysis and research within GASF external environment,available resources,a clear vision and mission GASF company,identification GASF company's corporate resources and core competitiveness of enterprises proposed three levels of strategy and its implementation measures and ways to provide strategic decision-making for future development GASF company basis.In this paper,with the application of literature research method,comparative research method and face to face interview,I can access to a large number of first-hand information for the development of this paper,which provides useful information support.Through the study,I found that GASF company the existing marketing means is relatively simple,and the product and brand marketing effect is not very ideal because of low visibility.Corporate brand needs to be established to raise awareness.There is a clear disconnect between the different functional departments in the company,resulting in the existence of a serious lag.GASF company need to rationalize the use of their own resources to occupy a larger market size and customer groups.GASF company can learn from the mature development strategy from the competitors,making up for the deficiencies of its own development,to play the advantages of their own development,improving the market competitiveness of GASF company.This study has significance for GASF long-term development of the industry within the same enterprise development also has reference.
