Study On Influencing Factors For Land Transfer Behavior Of Farmers In Xunhua County

Land transfer can optimize the allocation of land resources,promote the transfer of surplus rural labor from village to urban,and promote the integration of urban and rural development.The Third Plenary Session of the 17 th CPC Central Committee put forward institutional mechanisms to improve the land circulation market and develop various forms of moderate-scale operations;the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee put forward the policy of "three rights allocation" of rural land and promote the orderly operation of land rights.Circulation;the Nineteenth Congress proposed a strategy for rural revitalization.Therefore,land circulation has become a hot spot for governments at all levels,experts,scholars,and peasants.Because of the particularity of the geographical environment,national culture and other aspects of Northwest China's ethnic minority areas,the study of its characteristics and influencing factors of land circulation behavior has important theoretical and practical values.The paper selected Xunhua Salar Autonomous County as a research area to analyze the influencing factors of farmer household land transfer behavior in multi-ethnic areas.Therefore,the writer took field trip to 3 villages and towns in Xunhua County and questionnaire surveys were conducted,and relevant data were collected.Using descriptive statistics methods and Logistic model,the characteristics of the farmer household such as age,ethnicity,education level,occupation and income level were briefly analyzed,and the main influencing factors of land transfer behavior and land transfer behavior of rural households in Xunhua County were analyzed.Based on this,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote land circulation of rural households in Xunhua County and modernization of rural agriculture.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The main influencing factors of land transfer behavior of rural households in Xunhua County include: occupations,land area,number of out-of-town workers,and employment opportunities.(2)The main influencing factors of land transfer behavior of rural households in Xunhua County include: ethnicity,rural households engaged in occupations,land area,whether there is idle land and abandoned farmland,waterless sources,irrigationconditions and employment opportunities.(3)Change rural households' traditional idea of land transfer,strengthen farmers' awareness of participation in scale management,speed up market planning for land transfer,and improve the service capacity of public organizations;complete the non-agricultural employability of rural households and improve rural labor market system;all to effectively promote the rural household land circulation in Xunhua.
