Study On The Influence Of Rural Land Transfer On Labor Force Transfer In Linquan County

The implementation of the strategy of rural rejuvenation is the strategic deployment of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.The development of various forms of moderate-scale operations is one of the important measures to achieve rural revitalization.Land transfer is an important starting point to promote the moderate scale operation of rural land and then to achieve rural rejuvenation.While the land transfer achieves the continuous large-scale operation of rural land,it also creates the problem of rural labor transfer.How to promote the transfer of land and realize the large-scale management of rural land,at the same time,it is important to reasonably solve the problem of orderly transfer of labor.Therefore,handling and coordinating the relationship between rural land transfer and labor transfer has become a prerequisite for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In this context,this paper selects five townships in Linquan County as the research object,and focuses on the effects of land transfer-related factors on labor transfer from the perspective of land transfer in and transfer out.Based on the results of the study,it discusses Proposals to promote labor transfer through rural land transfer.Based on the research results of rural land transfer and labor transfer at home and abroad,this paper takes five townships in Linquan County as research objects,and focuses on the impact of rural land transfer on labor transfer in Linquan County.The article first elaborated the concepts and theoretical basis of rural land transfer and labor transfer,and used survey data to analyze the status and problems of land transfer and labor transfer in the sample area.Secondly,on the basis of the above-mentioned normative analysis,the characteristic variables of farmer land transfer and cognitive variables of farmer land transfer were selected,and the significant degree of the impact of land transfer in and transfer out on labor transfer was analyzed using an ordered logistic regression model.It was found that six variables,such as the area of land transfer,the duration of land transfer,the cost of land transfer,and the method of determining land transfer,all have significant effects on labor transfer.However,from the different perspectives of rural land transfer in and out,the impact direction anddegree of each variable on labor transfer have certain differences.From the perspective of land transfer,land transfer area,land transfer period,understanding of land transfer policies and regulations,and perception of land transfer risk have a significant impact on labor transfer.From the perspective of land transfer,land transfer The transfer-out period,land transfer costs,and the way land transfers are determined have a significant impact on labor transfer.Finally,this paper combines theoretical analysis and empirical research results.In view of the problems in rural land transfer and labor transfer in Linquan County,the following suggestions are proposed: establish a perfect land transfer service system,encourage long-term land transfer,and innovate land transfer methods,strengthen education and training,improve the quality of labor force,and improve the rural labor market.It is expected to provide a theoretical reference for Linquan County to accelerate land transfer,realize large-scale land management,and orderly transfer of labor.
