Achieving peasant income increase and agricultural modernization is an important goal of China in realizing the road to socialist modernization and strengthening the country, and the realization of this goal is inseparable from the transfer of land management rights. With the development of the land management rights circulation market, the academic circles have different attitudes towards the transfer of land management rights. For the underdeveloped areas, the impact of the transfer of land management rights to farmers needs further evidence.Based on the above background, this paper selects the agricultural area of Etuoke Front Banner in Inner Mongolia as the research area, and takes 89 households as sample data.Using the methods of quantitative analysis and case analysis, the impact on land management rights transfer of the income of different farmers is analyzed. The study draws the following conclusions:Firstly, based on the DID model, the impact of the transfer of land management rights on the income of farmers is found. The participation of farmers in the transfer of land management rights has a significant positive impact on household per capita net income, per capita wages and property net income. It has a negative impact on the net income of the aquaculture industry and has no significant effect on the per capita transfer income.Second, after the transfer of management rights, farmers choose different degrees of influence on household income.Compared with before circulation, households engaged in non-agricultural industries and aquaculture have increased their per capita net income, and the proportion of property income in household income has increased;farmers engaged in planting have realized moderate scale operations after transferring to management rights. And changed the planting structure, the household per capita net income increased;farmers who withdrew from industrial production, the main income of the family mainly land rent and transfer income, seed, aquaculture and wage income decreased, resulting in a decline in household per capita net income. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis,we propose policy recommendations to improve farmers' awareness of land transfer rights, establish land transfer service centers, develop specialized agricultural service organizations, and innovate rural pension models,in order to achieve active Etuoke front flag.Land management rights are transferred to the market to help farmers achieve the goal of increasing income.
