Research On The Influence Of Liaoning Agricultural Technological Progress Bias On Agricultural Economic Growth

Liaoning province is the old industrial base of the three northeastern provinces and one of the main producing areas of grain and oil in China.However,with the increasing emphasis on industrial development,especially the construction and transformation of rural urbanization since 2000,not only made a lot of agricultural land occupied and a large amount of rural labor transferred,but also had a huge impact on the agricultural economic growth rate and agricultural technology development level of liaoning province.Under such circumstances,to achieve the sustainable growth of liaoning province's agricultural economy,it is necessary to improve the agricultural production conditions and promote the continuous innovation of agricultural technology so as to achieve the goal of sustainable growth of agricultural economy.From the perspective of promoting agricultural technology progress and scientific research level of liaoning province,this paper studies the impact of agricultural technology progress in liaoning province on economic growth.In agricultural technology progress and the relationship of capital investment and labor force,with data from 1994 to 2016 in liaoning province agriculture as the research basis,through the establishment of the VAR and VEC model,has carried on the unit root test,cointegration test,error correction,impulse response function analysis and variance decomposition,analyzes the agricultural technology progress to impact on the agricultural economy in liaoning province.It can be seen from the analysis results that short-term rural household fixed asset investment and agricultural mechanization level have a positive correlation effect on agricultural economy,but the short-term impact of agricultural mechanization on agricultural economy is relatively weak compared with rural fixed asset investment and the lag of agricultural machinery investment is relatively obvious.Finally,according to the analysis conclusion,the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the agricultural economic growth of liaoning province are put forward.(1)establish specialized agricultural knowledge training institutions,strengthen daily training for farmers,improve farmers' agricultural technology and market awareness,and formulate policies to encourage more young,highly educated talents to invest in agricultural undertakings.(2)establish a sound agro-technical popularization system,strengthen the management of public information services in various counties,villages and towns,and provide basic support for the work of agro-technical popularization.(3)improve the linkage of agricultural economy in liaoning province,combine and link agricultural industry with other industries,strengthen the degree of coupling between industries,establish industrial cooperation economic organizations and industrial clusters,achieve mutual benefit and win-win results,and promote the substantial development of agricultural economy and technology in liaoning province.(4)strengthen agricultural infrastructure construction in liaoning province,including standardization of farmland,optimization of water conservancy projects,guarantee of food storage and supply security,and prevention and control system of animal and plant diseases,so as to provide a complete development space for agriculture in liaoning province.(5)give full play to the regional and industrial advantages of liaoning province to achieve the objective and targeted improvement of agricultural economy based on the principle of derogating from inferior to superior,and give full play to the advantages of liaoning province as well as animal husbandry and fishery.
