Research On The Problems And Contermeasure Of The Creation Of Characteristic Town

The characteristic town is an important platform for implementing the new development concept,deepening the supply-side structural reform and vigorously implementing the rural revitalization strategy in the new era.Since 2016,a number of characteristic towns with distinctive characteristics and vitality have emerged in various parts of China,and the development of characteristic towns have already achieved certain results and accumulated some experiences.However,in the process of creation and development,obvious problems there have also been prominent problems such as inaccurate positioning,eagerness for success,and blind development exist.Therefore,increasing scientific researches on the problems and countermeasures of the creation of characteristic towns is conducive to strengthening the innovative supply of characteristic towns in China and promoting the high-quality development of regional economy.This paper features a national and provincial town-Sandaoyan Town as a typical case,mainly uses the theories of regional coordinated development,supply-side structural reform and sustainable development.It also adopts literature,field research and other methods to deeply analyze the creation of characteristic towns under the background of implementing the rural revitalization strategy in the new era.The current study is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter is the theoretical basis;the third chapter is the development policy and mode analysis of the characteristic towns in China;the fourth chapter is the analysis of the status quo of the creation of the Sandaoyan Town;the fifth chapter is the analysis of the creation of the Sandaoyan Town;The sixth chapter is to improve the countermeasures for the creation of the Sandaoyan Town.The main conclusions of this paper are:1.Sorts out the construction model of China's characteristic towns:(1)The model centered on agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery;(2)Manufacturing as the core model;(3)The model with food processing as the core;(4)Tourism as the core model.2.Refining the creation of the characteristic town of Sandaoyan Town:(1)Explicit history and culture;(2)Pleasant rural environment;(3)Distinct leading industries;(4)Perfect industrial environment;(5)Integrate primary and tertiary industries;(6)Flexible use of the mechanisms;(7)Effective the comprehensive governance.3.Analyze the problems in the process of creating characteristic towns in Sandaoyan Town:(1)The identification of the characteristic town is not clear enough;(2)The ability of factor aggregation is not strong enough;(3)The support of industry is not enough;(4)"Internet +" application is insufficient;(5)Social governance innovation is not in place.4.Proposed suggestions for the establishment of Sandaoyan Town in the improvement of characteristic towns:(1)Improve the position and grasp the developing direction of the town;(2)Prominently identify the advantages and differences of the town;(3)Integration of production and town to accelerate the economic development of the town;(4)Drive the innovation and highlight the unique charm of the town;(5)Improve the supporting facilities and ensure the development of the town.
