Study On The Planning And Design Of Island Type National Scenic Spots

Island tourism,as a traditional tourism project different from landscape natural tourism,cultural and historical sites tourism,scenery and folklore tourism,has become one of the most attractive tourism in recent years because of its unique geographical environment,rich natural ecological landscape and unique island human resources,and which is favored by tourists.With the vigorous development of island tourism,the island has ushered in a new round of development boom.How to make the existing Island Development on the basis of its sustainable development pillar industry is the island's future development needs to be solved.In this paper,the method of combining theory with practice was used.By consulting the development status of island scenic spots at home and abroad,and on the basis of collecting data,applying the knowledge of landscape ecology,landscape aesthetics and other disciplines,the island scenic spots can be viewed from the perspectives of tourism resources,tourism market and sustainable development.This paper summarized the ecological and humanistic characteristics of islands,analyzed the problems existing in domestic island-type scenic spots,put forward the correct suggestions for the development of domestic island-type scenic spots,made a series of theoretical research and practical exploration on the planning and design of island-type scenic spots,and finally summarized the Island Scenic spots.The five core contents of the plan:1.ecological protection and cultivation adapted to special geographical environment;2.scenic sightseeing planning under the spatial structure of the island ring;3.residential construction planning based on the protection of island culture;4.the layout of supporting service facilities covering the whole territory near but not in advance;5.coordinated land use planning with multiple regulations.In society,sea-island tourism resources are currently favored by people,not only because of the unique characteristics of island tourism resources but also because people usually like to take advantage of island tourism to release pressure.Pingtan Island in eastern Fujian Province has been enjoying the reputation of "Thousand Reef County",and Taiwan across the sea.Pingtan Island is rich in tourism resources and natural landscape.However,due to its late development,it has not been planned up to now.Tourist attractions have not been fully developed,tourism products have a single structure,lacking of basic facilities,and has a high level of service,so that the island has no higher influence and visibility,compared with foreign island resources,there is a certain gap.The development of domestic island scenic and historic interest area is similar to that of Pingtan Island.As one of the island tourism resources,Tangyu Island has certain advantages and disadvantages in the development of its tourism resources,which are caused by natural conditions.These advantages and disadvantages are related to each other and can also be converted into each other.In this paper,with the help of Pingtan Island,the natural conditions of Tangyu Island are systematically analyzed,involving the challenges and opportunities it faces as well as its own advantages and disadvantages,so as to reveal the benefits and problems of developing its island tourism.At the same time,adhering to the concept of adapting to local conditions and sustainable development,this paper tries to carry out tourism planning and design on Tangyu Island,and explores the planning method of the sea-island scenic area with regional characteristics.
