Study On The Development Strategy Of Jinan Guoshang Park Operation And Management Company

Along with the Belt and Road strategy and the development trend of "Internet +.foreign trade",cross-border e-commerce industrial parks have mushroomed in various regions to cultivate and incubate numerous enterprises relying on e-commerce to make cross-border trade.These enterprises put forward new property service and industrial service demand for the operation and management subjects of the park.The cross-border e-commerce industrial park has formed a business ecosystem that emphasizes the win-win symbiosis between enterprises and the external environment.The main business of Guoshang company is to operate and manage cross-border e-commerce industrial parks,absorb and cultivate cross-border e-commerce enterprises,and provide diversified property services and industrial services for enterprises in the park.Since its establishment in 2014,Guoshang has faced a complex macro environment and industrial competition.The main task of this paper is to analyze the opportunities and threats faced by Guoshang,take the advantages of tangible and intangible resources,and solve the problems of how to make strategic positioning,formulate strategic measures and build strategic security system,so as to achieve the development goal of expanding market share.By means of literature review,interview survey,questionnaire survey,case study,etc.,the external environment and internal resource capacity of Guoshang are analyzed,and the development strategy framework of Guoshang is described and the security system is constructed by combining its mission and vision.There are four main conclusions on the development strategy of Guoshang.First,opportunities are more than threats.Despite the high operating costs and the lack of inter-disciplinary management talents,operators with strong industrial service capacity can use the new generation of information technology to launch more value-added services and gain profits.Second,the resources and capabilities of Guoshang are outstanding,and its industrial services is profitable.Third,Guoshang has decided to transform its main business direction into the output of the overall operation solution of cross-border e-commerce park,and duplicated and promoted the operation management experience.Fourthly,Guoshang takes strategic measures to expand the industrial services,improve the business ecosystem of the park and build a smart park.And establish a strategic security system,involving governance structure,multi-channel financing system,intellectual property protection,talent cultivation and transmission and branding.
