In the talent economic times,human resources occupies important position in modern enterprise resources,it is the key factor that affecting enterprise’s development,human resources development will directly affect the utilization efficiency of other resources.Outstanding employees can make the enterprise existing resources play a higher utility.The higher level and reasonable structure team,can effectively improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The incentive mechanism is an essential part of the team.This thesis mainly uses the methods of literature research,investigation and case analysis,according to the basic idea of "theoretical support-current situation analysis-optimization scheme",focuses on the typical facts of the incentive mechanism of rural commercial banks in Y County,combines theory and practice exploration,and puts forward a systematic incentive optimization scheme.This thesis has a comprehensive understanding of the incentive mechanism about rural commercial banks in Y County,analyzes its existing problems based on the incentive theory,and then puts forward targeted suggestions for improvement,hoping to help the bank to optimize the existing incentive system through and improve the core competitiveness.Promoting the future development of banks has a certain reference value for the same type of bank enterprises in human resource management.The rural Commercial Bank of Y County was born out of the rural credit cooperative of Y County,which still has the operation mode under the protection of national policies in the system.The innovation of internal incentive mechanism cannot keep pace with the rapid development of market economy,and lacks the advantages of diversified financial products and large-scale marketing of large state-owned banks.If Y County Rural Commercial Bank wants to develop rapidly,it should not only seize the development opportunity of the government’s integrated economic construction,but also optimize from the inside,improve the attraction of excellent talents,improve the stability of the team,gather the centripetal force of employees,and break through the bottleneck restricting its deepening reform and development.Through the investigation of the basic employees of Y County,we can find many problems in the implementation of the incentive mechanism of rural County of Y County: the performance appraisal focuses too much on performance;the salary does not meet employee expectations;the training form is greater than the significance;the employee career development plan is not established;and the corporate culture system is not formed.In order to further optimize the Y county rural commercial bank employee incentive mechanism,standard will demand level theory,double factor theory,process incentive theory and career management theory to achieve mastery through a comprehensive study,put forward the four optimization design principle,namely fair principle,combining material incentive and spiritual incentive principle,individual differentiation principle and long-term incentive and short-term incentive combine principle.Then according to the four principles from performance appraisal,salary distribution,training system,career development planning and enterprise culture five aspects put forward Y county rural commercial bank incentive mechanism optimization Suggestions,and from the organization guarantee,system guarantee,and communication feedback guarantee to ensure the incentive mechanism can really run,serve the long-term development of Y county bank.
