Under the background of China’s rapid economic development,China’s banking in dustry has also maintained rapid growth,but in the face of increasingly fierce competition,the problems of asset quality,risk control and operation management in the development of the banking industry have gradually become prominent.After the special period of the epidemic,the industry,agriculture and services are not sufficient,and the rural financial market is a little weak.As the vanguard of financial institutions serving "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",Rural Commercial Bank has an irreplaceable advantage in revitalizing the financial market.At the same time,RRB takes root in rural areas and faces rural areas.Its unique rural cultural relations and geographical relations give it the advantages of high efficiency of capital control,fast information acquisition speed,short agency chain and fast response speed.Geographical advantages,cultural advantages and other related advantages bring advantages to the development of rural commercial banks,but they also bring challenges.Bank,for example,J rural deep county economic hinterland,lead to the talent advantage is weak,especially the talent promotion system is still in use mechanism,such as staff promotion channel narrow,the promotion facilities is not sound,staff appraisal system,which neither the activation of the enthusiasm of the existing employees,also cannot attract more talents to join.In addition,the prejudice of high-level talents on the county economy leads to the lack of human resources competitiveness,the lowent husiasm of employees and the lack of centripetal force.In view of the practical problems of employee promotion management existing in the development process of J Rural Commercial Bank,this study tries to propose the integral management system to solve its corresponding problems.First of all,the research results of domestic and foreign employee promotion were combed and analyzed in detail,and the characteristics of various stages in the development history process of rural Commercial Bank were deeply discussed.Secondly,the thesis comprehensively analyzes the problems in the development of J Rural Commercial Bank.For example,rigid promotion system,unrigorous promotion assessment system,imperfect promotion supporting measures,imperfect decision-making mechanism,etc.,also become important issues affecting the promotion of employees of J Rural Commercial Bank.Finally,from the introduction of integral management system,break the egalitarianism,build good promotion culture put forward optimization post promotion target,management,business promotion goals and technical promotion,and according to the basic contribution,staff contribution design staff promotion management mode,through the scientific quantitative integral mode optimization J bank employee promotion mechanism.
