Rice is one of the main grain crops in China.To realize the mechanized production of paddy field is an important guarantee to improve agricultural production efficiency,reduce production costs and promote a bumper grain harvest.Northeast China is the main rice-producing area in China.Most rice planting in Heilongjiang Province is concentrated in the Sanjiang Plain area,most of which are state-owned farms in the reclamation area.All of them have been planted on a large scale.Therefore,the whole mechanized production of rice in the reclamation area of Heilongjiang Province is very high.In recent years,rice machinery in farms has developed very fast along with the rising strength of agricultural machinery industry in China.But how to make rational use of agricultural machinery and make it play its maximum value has become the problem we are facing now.With the promulgation of various national policies for benefiting agriculture,the strength of paddy field mechanization has been growing.While constantly updating and introducing various advanced agricultural machinery and equipment to improve grain production,the optimization of the allocation of agricultural mechanization system has become more important.This paper mainly studies the agronomic requirements of the whole mechanized production of rice,the selection of rice production machines and the optimal allocation of rice production machines.In order to maximize the benefits in agricultural production,an accurate and reasonable agricultural machinery system suitable for the current industrial structure and modern agriculture should be established.It has become a new subject for agricultural mechanization production and management.The main contents of this paper are as follows.The main task is to study the equipments of various machinery and equipment in rice production links of Nong jiang farm,and to use mathematical model to carry out empirical research.In this paper,according to the preliminary preparatory work for the field investigation of Lungjiang farm,the data distribution in the rice mechanized operation process sheet is determined,and the number of agricultural machinery equipped and the number of operating units are set as variables.At the same time,a set of constraints including operating capacity,power equipment equipped and operating equipment equipped is established.Four restraint equations were set up and the conclusion was drawn that the economic benefits of various machinery and equipment in rice production link of Nong jiang farm were higher and the idle equipment was greatly reduced after optimized allocation.In this paper,Lino14 software is used to calculate and get the integer solution.In the end,this paper systematically analyses the results of calculation and the use of optimized agricultural machinery and equipment,makes a thorough analysis of the rationality of the optimized economic benefits and idle quantity and mode by means of comparison before and after,and obtains that the rice production link of Nong jiang farm after optimized allocation is in the process of rice production.It is concluded that the economic benefits of various machinery and equipment are higher and the idle equipment is greatly reduced.This simplifies the whole calculation process and makes the calculation more simple,fast and accurate.
