Research On Rural E-commerce Poverty Alleviction Of Yuncheng County

With the rapid development of Internet technology in recent years,domestic e-commerce has shown a booming trend,and rural e-commerce has developed rapidly under the wave of e-commerce development.The development of rural e-commerce has provided a new development space for rural areas,promoted the direct connection between agricultural products and the market,reduced the circulation link,and played an important role in developing the economy and reducing costs in rural areas.With the in-depth development of national precision poverty alleviation work,rural e-commerce poverty alleviation came into being.through the Internet technology,rural poverty population improve their own development ability,increase income,and get rid of poverty.E-commerce transformed the previous poverty alleviation model into a "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation model,so,the poverty alleviation effect is more obvious and more durable.This paper reviews the domestic and foreign research on the poverty alleviation by e-commerce,on the basis of the theory of participatory poverty alleviation and capability theory,the author selected the Yuncheng Country of Shandong Province as the research object under the background of domestic e-commerce poverty alleviation.Through questionnaires,the author learned about the development of E-commerce poverty alleviation in Yuncheng County.And,on this basis,the results of Yuncheng county E-commerce analysis find out the problems existed in the process of E-commerce poverty alleviation.Then,the author provides a series of suggestions on how the government can enhance the ability of poor people and increase the participation of poor people in the work of e-commerce poverty alleviation by analysis of the causes of the problems.This article would provide constructive opinions to improve the rural e-commerce poverty alleviation of Yuncheng county,and even provide new impetus for the poverty alleviation of e-commerce in the other regions.The conclusions of the research are as follows:E-commerce poverty alleviation has a unique role in poverty alleviation and development in China at present stage.Transforming the previous "transfusion-type" poverty alleviation model into a"hematopoietic" poverty alleviation model has improved the participation and initiative of the poor.Effects of e-commerce poverty alleviation is more obvious and more sustainable than any other one.E-commerce poverty alleviation has become a powerful promoter of poverty alleviation work in the critical period of poverty alleviation in China,providing a strong support for precision poverty alleviation.There are still many problems in e-commerce poverty alleviation of Yuncheng,such as backward infrastructure,lack of precision in government policies,low degree of development of e-commerce brands,weak talents base,lack of propaganda,and Insufficient mobilization of initiatives of poor groups.The government needs to continue to take measures to strengthen the implementation of e-commerce poverty alleviation policies,for example,improve public service capabilities,attract and cultivate rural e-commerce talents,develop e-commerce products and cultivate e-commerce brands.Of course,these problems also exist in the e-commerce poverty alleviation work across China,which requires the joint efforts of the whole society.
