Research On Visitor Complaint Mediation In Mount Tai

This thesis is a systematic research about visitor complaint mediation in Mount Tai based on a comprehensive literature review and an empirical research.First,the author elaborates on and summarizes the related research outcomes of both domestic and foreign visitor management.Second,the author introduces cases of typical cases over the years of visitor complaint mediation in Mount Tai.Next,the author takes on mount Tai scenic tourists' complaints mediation typical cases and analysis of existing problems,including the scenic spot environment level visitors view level management level public opinion guidance level then the mount Tai scenic tourist's complaints mediation improper reason is analyzed,and finally,on the basis of empirical research came to the conclusion that in order to reduce the mount Tai tourists' scenic and tourist's complaints,improve the image of the scenic spots to provide some practical suggestions.The main research methods of this study are combination of theoretical study and empirical analysis,and inductive methods.At the beginning,the author summarizes the theoretical and empirical study results of visitor's complaint mediation.First of all,the existing theory of tourist management and the analysis of literature summary and induction,to build their own research system and then select mountain Tai scenic spot historical tourist's complaints mediation typical case for empirical research,this article through collecting T mountain scenic tourist questionnaire data,and the management of the scenic spot of tourists in-depth interviews,to understand the scenic area tourist's complaints mediation model and measures by analyzing the corresponding conclusion finally,the author comes up corresponding conclusion at the end and provides some beneficial suggestions on visitor's complaint mediation.
