Present literature research on tourist satisfaction is insufficient on the relationship between symmetry and thee factors of tourism satisfaction.Based on past scholars' research,it has been found that if there is inconsistency in the combination of data,misleading results may occur.In the analysis of the IPA,it is likely that a factor is classified as a quadrant(for example,the first time a visitor or gender)may be classified as another group(such as a repeat tourist,a male)for a different quadrants.Similarly,for a certain consumer group,certain factors are basic factors that are not related to other consumers.Therefore,it is not only necessary to analyze satisfaction at the overall data level,but also to analyze the level of satisfaction at the consumer segmentation level.The overall satisfaction analysis results provide overall marketing and management assistance,and the segmented group satisfaction analysis results provide a basis for each segmented market development.This article uses literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method to carry out the investigation among Lushan tourists.During the research process,Excel and SPSS 19.0 were used to perform statistical analysis on the data.The Likert scale average calculation,frequency analysis,factor analysis,IPA,and AIPA methods were used to analyze the influencing factors of tourists' satisfaction in Mount Lushan Scenic Area.By comparing the results of the analysis,we found that this study examined the entire sample and market segments.(1)The sensitivity of performance analysis IPA and asymmetric performance analysis AIPA was tested.The performance analysis IPA model remains basically the same in all parts,but the AIPA model of asymmetric performance analysis is different.The AIPA analysis method is more efficient than the IPA analysis method.(2)According to the results of the AIPA analysis,the influencing factors are divided into three categories:excitatory factors,Basic factors and performance factors;(3)Different development management strategies and methods are proposed for different regional influence factors.Finally,on the basis of the research conclusions,the author puts forward suggestions for the better development of the Lushan tourist attraction and points out the deficiencies of this study.
