Research On Industrial Structure Optimization Of Hebei Province Under The Background Of Innovation Driven

Both the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China and the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China have pointed out that innovation drive is the strategic support for building a modernized economic system.In the context of innovation driven development,industry,as the main force of science,technology and economy,is the main battlefield for the transformation of development mode.Therefore,it is the key to achieve transformation and upgrading of the whole country,especially the transformation areas,to fully utilize the innovative thinking to stimulate the endogenous power of scientific and technological innovation and strongly drive the optimization of industrial structure.As a major industrial province in China,Hebei province has long formed an industrial system based on the energy and raw material industry,resulting in not only poor economic operation quality but also serious resource and environment burden.At present,if Hebei province wants to get rid of the industrial structure thoroughly,it must thoroughly implement the "innovation driven" development strategy,so that the development of the industrial industry is transformed from resource-dependent to innovation driven,thus promoting the transformation of economic growth mode and realizing the sustainable and stable development of the economy of Hebei province.Firstly,through a systematic review of relevant literature at home and abroad,the relevant theories,evaluation methods and the impact of innovation on industrial structure are clarified.Secondly,based on detailed statistical data,this paper makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the industrial structure of Hebei province,and finds out the existing problems of the industrial structure of Hebei province.Then,a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of industrial structure is constructed,and the industrial structure of Hebei province is evaluated and comprehensively analyzed by using the principal component analysis method.Finally,according to the existing problems of industrial structure in Hebei province,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to accelerate the structural optimization and realize the sustainable development of industry.
