Research On The Influence Of Service Outsourcing On The Structural Optimization Of China's Manufacturing Industry

The new industrial revolution is coming,how to catch up with the deep integration of real economy and information under the background of knowledge economy plays a key role in the adjustment of industrial structure of all countries.As an emerging mode of service trade,service outsourcing,based on Internet and Internet of things technology,provides digital and intelligent services for the real economy such as manufacturing industry,communication industry and finance.It has become an important lever to promote the service of manufacturing industry and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.China's manufacturing industry has made remarkable achievements in recent years,but it lacks competitiveness in product research and development,design,marketing,after-sales service and other aspects,and falls into a dilemma between weakened low-cost advantage and new competitive advantage.With the increase of intermediate inputs in producer services,the increasing proportion of the outsourcing of productive services is a manifestation of the further integration of China's manufacturing industry and service-oriented.How to improve the trade structure by undertaking the service outsourcing business,improve the service level of our country,and promote the manufacturing industry to the information,standardized production is a problem worthy of our discussion.Service outsourcing is affecting our country manufacturing industry structure optimization is the key problem of the research of this paper,based on summarizing the domestic and foreign scholars for the view of the problem,after combed the outsourced impact on China's manufacturing industry structure optimization,the mechanism of service outsourcing through technology spillover effect,capital accumulation effect,the employment structure to improve the effect and the trade structure to improve the four paths to boost manufacturing structure optimization.The scale and scope of service outsourcing in China's manufacturing industry show a stable growth trend year by year,and the technical content of outsourcing business is also improving.Service outsourcing demonstration cities play a significant role in driving the optimization trend of industrial structure in the surrounding areas.With the increase of the input of service intermediates,the structure of China's manufacturing industry is becoming more and more rational and advanced.In the empirical part,through to the 2005-2014 China's manufacturing industry data segment is calculated,the static fixed effect panel data regression,the difference of generalized moment estimator and dynamic panel data and system of generalized moment estimator for the empirical test,the results show that undertake service outsourcing,on the whole,promote the development of China's manufacturing industry structure to rationalization and highly direction,pull function on the rationalization of industrial structure is greater than the pull function on the industrial structure in Japan.In order to further explore the different impacts of service outsourcing on manufacturing industries,this paper divides manufacturing into technology-intensive,capital-intensive and labor-intensive industries for empirical test.The results show that the improvement effect of service outsourcing on China's capital-intensive industries is the most significant.It can significantly improve the rationalization of technology-intensive structure and promote the upgrading of its industrial structure,but it is not significant.To our country labor intensive industry structure rationalization and the structure has not promoted the function.The possible innovation of this paper lies in the research on the problem of service outsourcing in China's manufacturing industry.By the fixed effect regression,DIF-GMM and SYS-GMM methods are used for empirical test.In addition,previous literatures mostly used inter-provincial data for empirical testing of different industries.This paper tested manufacturing industries with different factor intensiveness,which increased the effectiveness of empirical testing.Due to the unavailability of data and use relevant data in the world input-output table of the 2016 version of WIOD database are selected for calculation,which cause some deviations in the research results.
