Analysis Of The Impact Of Technological Innovation On Industrial Structure Optimization In Liaoning Province

Technological innovation is the key driving force for promoting economic and social development and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is an important way to promote high-quality economic development.In recent years,the economic level of Liaoning Province has continued to decline,and the economic environment has been sluggish.In 2016,the economic level of Liaoning Province has slipped to the bottom of the country.This situation stems from the weak foundation of technological innovation,the lack of innovation comprehensive ability,and the difficulty of industrial optimization in Liaoning Province.To achieve the goal of sound and rapid economic development in Liaoning Province,it is necessary to strengthen the capacity building of technological innovation,enhance the level of industrial technological innovation,and promote the improvement of industrial optimization.This paper evaluates the technological innovation level and industrial structure optimization level of Liaoning Province by entropy method and compares it with other provinces.It is found that the technological innovation output level of Liaoning Province is low,ranking 17 th in the country,technological innovation.The level of input is not high and the growth rate is slow.The level of rationalization of industrial structure in Liaoning Province has declined,and the level of advancedization has been improved.Although the level of industrial structure optimization has been slowly increasing,it has been declining in the national ranking,from the 11 th in 2010 to the 19 th in 2016.Through the establishment of the panel data model,the influence of various factors of technological innovation on the optimization level of industrial structure was investigated.It was concluded that the increase of investment in technological innovation can greatly promote the improvement of the level of industrial structure,but the level of technological innovation investment in Liaoning Province ranks 12 in the country and the level is low,which is not conducive to the improvement of the industrial structure in Liaoning Province.Although the level of technological innovation environment in Liaoning Province is relatively high,the optimization of industrial structure has not played a catalytic role,but it has played a depressing role and needs to be taken to improve.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for improving the optimization level of industrial structure in Liaoning Province: Liaoning Province should increase investment in research and development of equipment manufacturing industry,so as to promote the development of other industries to improve the level of industrial structure;strengthen with Shandong,Henan,etc.Technology exchanges in neighboring provinces with better development in high-tech industries to improve the diffusion level of technological innovation;relying on Liaoning's advantageous industrial equipment manufacturing industry to create a technological innovation environment with the core of pursuing high efficiency to promote the optimization of industrial structure Improvement.The shortcoming of this paper is that due to the availability of data,Yunnan,Tibet and Inner Mongolia were excluded from the study,and the number of technological innovation indicators selected in the empirical part was too small,which would cause certain errors in the research results.
