Agricultural enterprise was the most pivotal tache in agricultural industrialization, its development and grandness had an influence on the development and progress of the national economy, so much as the whole society. The development of agricultural enterprise mainly manifested in the two aspects: improvement of the whole performance and realization of strategy goals. However, the two aspects were both directly related to its employee performance. Therefore, it was very necessary for the agricultural enterprise to appraise and manage its employee performance effectively.At present, the actual effect of Employee Performance Appraisal in agricultural enterprise was not very perfect. A prominent problem was lack of scientific method to appraise employee performance. Aimed at this problem, on the basis of absorbing advanced theory and experience of experts and scholars, the method of combining the theory analysis with case study was applied, fuzzy math was by way of basic method and principle, the theory and method of Principles of Management, Management Psychology, Statistics, Systems Engineering and so on were used as theoretic support, Fuzzy Comprehensive Appraisal Pattern was introduced, Employee Performance Appraisal Index System was established, and a certain agricultural listed company was selected as the object of case study in the research. On the basis of Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to calculate weight of all levels'appraisal index, the two stage Fuzzy Comprehensive Appraisal Model was handled to carry through appraisal and research of employee performance in agricultural enterprise roundly and systematically. As a result, the feasibility and maneuverability of Fuzzy Comprehensive Appraisal Model was testified, which offered the reference to perfect Employee Performance Appraisal System in agricultural enterprise from the angle of performance appraisal method, and provided the support of technical tool to Human Resource Development and Management.
