Research On Operation Mode Of "Industrial Company + VC" Intellectual Property Investment

After the period of rapid economic and social development in our country,private equity funds have moved from germination to maturity in our country.At present,there are many forms of private equity funds in our country's economic activities,including angel funds,venture capital funds,industrial investment funds,and merger and acquisition funds,etc.The existing domestic private equity fund operation theories and investment models are equity investment framework systems,the supply of investment tools is very single and it is difficult to meet the investment targets of various demand targets in the development process of modern scientific and technological enterprises.In particular,the pace of scientific and technological innovation in modern scientific and technological enterprises is getting faster and faster,and the demand for intellectual property rights is increasingly strong,which leads to increasing capital demand and increasing risks for independent research and development innovation investments.relying solely on the original equity financing and creditor's rights financing system,the contradiction between the large amount of research and development capital demand and the dilution of rights and leverage risks caused by continuous financing cannot be solved.Based on this,this study puts forward the model of "industrial company + VC" type intellectual property investment fund,which integrates legal,economic and technological aspects,constructs the theoretical system of investment model,and realizes the link between upstream supply and downstream demand of intellectual property.According to the legal,economic and technological characteristics of intellectual property rights,this paper analyzes its valuation methods and license rates,and provides methodological support for the investment and operation of intellectual property funds.Based on the operation mode of the intellectual property investment fund,the scheme of setting up the intellectual property investment fund is simulated,and the investment logic of specific simulation projects is analyzed to form a closed loop simulation of the intellectual property investment fund mode,and the rationality of the fund operation mode framework is verified.According to the characteristics of the investment model of intellectual property investment fund,the potential risks are analyzed,and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are given,which can provide a strong reference for industrial companies to initiate the establishment of intellectual property investment fund.This study makes full use of the legal,economic and technological connotation of intellectual property rights to carry out investment in the form of funds,and finally constructs a complete and feasible "industrial company + VC" type intellectual property investment model.
