The sum of the unique ideas and behavior habits of enterprises can be called the unique culture of enterprises.The concepts and principles held by enterprises not only play an important role in the management of enterprises,but also have a close relationship with the performance of enterprises.Since the establishment of enterprises,corporate culture has also emerged,and will affect every link of production and operation of enterprises.As the types become more and more diverse,and the scale of them is also growing,corporate culture has attracted more and more scholars' attention and discussion.At present,the competition of domestic commercial banks is becoming more and more fierce.To pay more attention to the construction of corporate culture of commercial banks can not only increase the cohesion of commercial banks themselves,but also improve the responsibility of every employee within the banks,and effectively enhance the management level of commercial banks themselves,so as to continuously improve their strength.Therefore,it is of great significance to do a good job in the construction of corporate culture to promote the rapid development of commercial banks.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing the theoretical achievements of corporate culture of commercial banks at home and abroad,this thesis focuses on the research and analysis of the construction of corporate culture of J Branch of Agricultural Bank of China.In the process of analysis,the four-level theory of corporate culture "concentric circle" is used to analyze and study from four aspects:spirit,system,behavior and material.Through the analysis of the corporate culture construction of branch J,we know that branch J pays more attention to the corporate culture construction,but because of the influence of its own conditions,it can not effectively transform the corporate culture into the power of enterprise development.Based on the above analysis,combined with OCAI questionnaire method and employee questionnaire method,this study deeply analyzed the types of corporate culture,and found out the deficiencies of corporate culture of branch J in four aspects:spirit,system,behavior and material.Then,aiming at the shortcomings of the above four aspects,reasonable optimization suggestions are put forward.In the aspect of spiritual culture,we should strengthen the infiltration of enterprise value concept in staff activities,enhance the feasibility of enterprise strategic management planning,and build moral culture with the strength of example;in the aspect of system culture,we should promote the supervision and implementation of the implementation of rules and regulations,and establish a more scientific performance appraisal system to integrate enterprise culture into system construction.In the aspect of behavioral culture,we should establish effective internal communication mechanism,establish a learning organization and working atmosphere,and create a people-oriented enterprise environment.In terms of material culture,we should promote the publicity and innovation of corporate image,and enhance the investment of resources in corporate image publicity.Finally,the research results of the full text are summarized to ensure that corporate culture can continuously provide power for the development of enterprises and ensure that enterprises can develop healthily and steadily.This thesis mainly combines with the specific practice of J Branch,deeply analyses the corporate culture of J Branch,finds out the deficiencies in the corporate culture construction of J Branch,and further puts forward detailed improvement strategies based on the achievements of the research,so as to provide useful reference for other similar enterprises to improve the corporate culture construction.
