Corporate culture is an important part of core competitiveness of commercial bank, it is also the key factor of whether the commercial bank can maintain market share and gain a competitive advantage. This article teases out the corporate culture theory of commercial bank comprehensively, researches the necessity of strengthening the corporate culture construction, then analyses the current situation of corporate culture construction in Fuxin branch of China Construction Bank and summarizes its existing problems of corporate culture construction, such as the pursuit of short-term interests partially in the corporate culture construction process, the low-level participation of employees, the humanistic management is not implemented well, the poor cultural facilities and inadequate cultural activities, then explores the reasons of these problems:the misunderstanding of corporate culture, imperfect management and safeguard mechanism, lack of professional personnel of corporate culture construction, intensifying market competition and negative impact of traditional decision-making system of state-owned enterprise. In view of the problems and reasons above, the article puts forward some countermeasures, such as having corrected understanding of corporate culture, overall planning the corporate culture construction, encouraging the employees to play a principal role during the corporate culture construction process, implementing the humanistic management in system culture, building the scientific management and safeguard mechanism, strengthening innovation of corporate culture, boosting the construction of cultural facilities, enriching the cultural life of employees, in order to promote the cultural development of Fuxin branch of China Construction Bank and improve its core competitiveness.The following conclusions were drawn based on the research:Leaders at all levels shall play a leading role in the construction of corporate culture, establishing long-term mechanism of enterprise culture management is the powerful support of enterprise culture construction, the corporate culture innovation is the key elements of corporate culture corporate culture construction.
