Study On Entrepreneurial Learning,Knowledge Acquisition And Entrepreneurial Ability

Under the new normal economy,innovation has become a new economic development momentum,college students with higher education has become one of the main groups of entrepreneurship.Whereas,entrepreneurship of college students present characteristics of high-risk as well as high failure rates because of financial constrain,inadequate experience and the absence of guidance.Entrepreneurship research shows that entrepreneurs are products of learning,they can master how to start a business and achieve venture success through social learning.Entrepreneurship needs continuous learning,and it can improve entrepreneurial ability.Hence,the question of how to learn,what should we learn become the core problem of entrepreneurial learning.This paper construct the mechanism that entrepreneurial learning acts on the entrepreneurial abilit y and explore the intermediary that entrepreneur knowledge server as between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial ability.Subsequently,this research carry on an investigation in Guangzhou area and received 203 valid samples.We use software SPSS19.0 to test hypothesis proposed by this paper,the results show that three types of entrepreneurial learning,i.e experiential learning,cognitive learning and action learning have an positive impact on entrepreneurial ability,what's more,action learning plays a greater roles among them.Second,entrepreneurial knowledge has an positive effect on the promotion of entrepreneurial ability.Last but no least,entrepreneurial learning is an important source of entrepreneurial knowledge,furthermore,entrepreneurial knowledge acts as an mediator between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial ability.This research base on the forefront question of entrepreneurship,that is entrepreneurial learning and build a research framework on account of knowledge acquisition.By discussing the entrepreneurial learning process of college students,this paper clear the internal mechanism that entrepreneurial learning that act on entrepreneurial ability.Besides,antecedent research on entrepreneurial learning pay more attention on entrepreneur of new starting and mature enterprises,very few people show solicitude for university students.This paper use students as research sample and enrich entrepreneurial learning research under university situation and provide guidance for college students,which help them pick up appropriate learning styles and pay more attention to action learning.What's more,this research can provide suggestion for university to build entrepreneurial learning platform.
