Evaluation Of Development Of The Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomerations Based On The Perspective Of "City-industry Integration"

With the introduction of the "plan for the Yangtze river delta city cluster",the pace of new-type urbanization is gradually accelerated,the number of development zones is gradually increased,and the integration of industry and city has increasingly become the construction target of industrial agglomeration area,as well as the weighing standard of the quality of new-type urbanization.The integration of residence and employment,industry and urban function,industrialization and urbanization is the key to realize the integration of industry and city.In view of the situation of "separation of production and city" in the process of urbanization,there are some relevant studies in the academic world,but they still fail to effectively measure the situation of the integration of production and city,and then put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.As one of the driving forces of China's economic development,the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration practice has influenced the promotion efficiency of new-type urbanization,which is also the reason why this paper chooses the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration as the research object.Based on "people-oriented" concept,based on the comprehensive consideration after the integration of industry,city,and people,constructed the index system of the selection of specific indicators mainly from industry development degree,the degree of urban development,urban development level and city level of human interaction four aspects,33 select evaluation indexes,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the index weight,and using the grey correlation method to calculate the final production city alignment value.The comprehensive use of the AHP and the grey relational method can guarantee the evaluation value of the integration degree of production and city is more reasonable and accurate to some extent,so as to understand the differences in the development degree of the integration of production and city.Through this series of processes,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of the integration degree of production and city.After establishing the evaluation index system,this paper selects the data of 26 sample cities of the older triangle city cluster from 2012 to 2016 for the specific calculation of the degree of integration between the production and city,so as to obtain the actual development situation of the integration between the production and city of the Yangtze river delta city cluster.The final measurement resultsshow that: from the horizontal comparison among cities,the integrated development of the city and industry in the Yangtze river delta city cluster takes Shanghai as the center,and the metropolitan area of nanjing,hangzhou and suzhou as the spatial pattern of cluster economic circle.In terms of regions,there is spatial imbalance in the integration level of city and industry in the Yangtze river delta city cluster.Among them,the production and integration degree of provincial capitals is higher than that of non-provincial capitals.From the longitudinal comparison of cities,most cities show an increasing trend in the past five years.According to the comprehensive score of the integration degree of the city and industry of each sample city,there are still many problems to be solved to achieve the high integration of industry,city and people.The main problems are as follows: firstly,due to the proximity of geographical location,similar factors of production lead to industrial homogenization in or within cities in the Yangtze river delta;Second,most industrial parks only have industrial functions,which are relatively single.Relative to the degree of industrial development,urban functional facilities are still inadequate;Third,the problem of "separation of occupation and residence" cannot be effectively solved,resulting in large scale of talent flow.To solve above problems,this paper takes the most can the body show the degree of fusion zone city city as the research object,from the development of the industrial layout,the internal innovation and space layout of the three Angle compared with single function industrial park model,taking Shanghai qingpu development zone as an example,to explore development optimization model driven city city fusion approach.Finally,according to the empirical results and the optimization model of the development zone,four Suggestions are put forward to promote the integration of the urban industries and cities in the Yangtze river delta city cluster,that is,to improve the economic growth quality of central cities and strengthen the influence of sub-central cities.To cultivate leading industries in cities and clarify their strategic positioning;Adjust the structure of land use and guide the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure;We will improve urban public service capacity and reform the urban household registration system.
