A Study On The Long-term Mechanism Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation From The Angle Of Precision And Poverty Alleviation

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has made remarkable achievements.People's living standard has been greatly improved,and hundreds of millions of Chinese people have cast off the label of poverty.There are still tens of millions of poor rural population,the poverty alleviation burden of china government is still hard,the development lag problem of the poor areas has not been fundamental changed.With the development of society,we will eventually reach a standard of common prosperity.From the current perspective,we are still far from this standard and we still have a lot of work to do.Poverty alleviation work has been a government priority in China from the 1980 s,and have made great achievements.The rural economy obtained huge development,rural living standards,health,education,transportation and other conditions greatly improved,however,due to various places have different characteristics of different natural conditions,resources,education level,the former existing policy for poverty alleviation has some problems such as extensive poverty alleviation policy,decentralization of fund and project positioning inaccuracy.There are still tens of millions of people living below the poverty line,there are some poor households who need the help most can't get the help.In 2013,general secretary xi put forward the concept of "targeted poverty alleviation" for the first time.Six precise criterions such as precise object,precise project,precise fund use,precise arrangement,precise administrator dispatch and precise poverty alleviation effect "put forward new requirements and expectations for poverty alleviation.Compared with previous extensive poverty alleviation policy,the currently poverty alleviation is precise targeted poverty alleviation,aims to completely eliminate the poor population in China and achieve the great goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.As an important form of poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation plays an important role in China's fight against poverty work.In the current targeted poverty alleviation,how to adapt measures to local conditions,vary from person to person,and establish their own ways of industrial poverty alleviation effectively and accurately in the long run is a problem that we need to study and solve.Taking ji'an county in jiangxi province as an example,this paper studied the use of precision industry poverty alleviation,and introduced the methods of precision industrialization poverty alleviation and the existing results.This paper introduced two poverty alleviations modes such as the "base development" mode and "poor household self-development mode" and then analyzed and summarized the problem of lack of long-term effect in industrialization poverty alleviation.This paper proposed a method the optimize and improve the long-term effect of the industrialization poverty alleviation form three aspects such as industrial project selection,strengthen the function of government services and innovation industry development mode.This research has certain reference significance for the current targeted poverty alleviation of industry,and has certain reference function for how to optimize the long-term development of industrial poverty alleviation in various regions.
