Innovation is the theme of the times,and also is the first essence of leading the development of enterprises.Enterprises should regard innovation as the eternal goal of struggle.However,Chinese scholars pay less attention to the impact of innovation activities on human resource planning,and ignore the key role of employee social capital in human resource planning.In this paper,the Chinese medicine industry SSBC company as the research object,the combination of research methods through literature research,theoretical deduction,on-the-spot investigation and qualitative and quantitative analysis,the current situation of enterprise human resource planning and the main problems,and based on the perspective of innovation,make human resource plan in line with the actual situation of enterprises.This paper aims to highlight the exploratory innovation situation,the construction of human resource planning system of SSBC company,and emphasizes the influence of employees' social capital on enterprise human resource planning,and help enterprises to establish human resources management system is a set of scientific and reasonable and efficient operation,a solid foundation for the perfect organizational structure and personnel construction lay,promote sustained and the rapid development of enterprises.Based on the perspective of exploratory innovation,combined with the role of employee social network,this paper discusses the impact of the above two factors on human resource planning.Through the research of this paper,first of all to help SSBC company to achieve the rational allocation of human resources,improve staff quality and personnel recruitment of scientific and reasonable objectives;secondly to achieve the strategy for the company's development and maintain competitive advantage to provide advanced guidance;at the same time,through the further development of employee relationship between social network and human resource planning,and strive to enrich the research content and improve the existing theory,and provide reference for other new ventures to develop excellent human resources planning.The innovation of this paper is as follows:(1)based on the perspective of exploratory inovation,the enterprise human resource planning is studied in depth.Most of the researches have considered human resource management from the perspective of enterprise development strategy,but the impact of exploratory innovation on human resource planning has not been widely concerned.(2)the employee social network as a new starting point,to explore its impact on the enterprise human resource planning.Study on human resource management in the past focused on the aspects of quantity,quality and structure of employees,ignored the employee social network plays an important role in human resources planning,there are some shortages in the enterprise recruitment,recruitment and promotion.This paper tries to break through the existing research,and takes the employee social network as a new starting point,and discusses its impact on enterprise human resource planning.
