Salary management plays an important role in modern management theory,and it is also a difficult problem in human resource management.The survival and development of an enterprise is closely related to whether it has a sound salary system.For modern high-tech enterprises,the establishment of a sound salary system is more conducive to scientific and reasonable optimal allocation of labor costs,and more conducive to attracting and retaining excellent talents.Nowadays,many enterprises have realized the importance of salary management,but there are still many high-tech enterprises that have not established a complete and modern salary management system,which severely affects the work enthusiasm of employees and ultimately restricts the development and progress of enterprises.The Ailao high-tech enterprise studied in this paper is in the rising stage of business development,but the lag of its salary management system greatly hinders the further development of the company.The author will propose specific solutions based on relevant theoretical knowledge and the actual situation of Ailao high-tech enterprise.Based on the human resources management theory,salary incentive theory as the research basis,in compensation management,salary structure,salary system and on the basis of domestic and foreign related research about compensation management,with Ailao high-tech company for the specific case,from two angles of compensation system and compensation structure to explore the status quo of Ailao high-tech company compensation management;Then with the help of scientific research methods of questionnaire survey,through data processing and analysis,found that Ailao high-tech company mainly exist in the compensation management: compensation for the lack of Ailao reasonable strategy orientation,unreasonable salary structure,salary is too single,long-term incentives too little,low compensation,the leadership,such problems as lack of effective compensation concept;Finally,based on the actual situation of Ailao high-tech company's salary management and the results analyzed in this paper,countermeasures and Suggestions for Ailao high-tech company's salary management were proposed from the aspects of perfecting salary structure,diversifying employee benefits,optimizing performance appraisal system and establishing Ailao human-oriented innovative salary management.It is hoped that the research in this paper can help Ailao high-tech company to better carry out salary management,and also help similar enterprises to carry out scientific salary management to provide basis and guidance.
