Research On Action Of The Government In The Construction Of Regional Science And Technology Innovation System In Zhengzhou

Innovation is the soul of national progress.Enhancing the ability of scientific and technological innovation is key to developing social productivity and enhancing international competitiveness.Regional science and technology innovation capacity is also an important factor for the comparison of comprehensive competitiveness among different regions.Constructing the regional science and technology innovation system facilitates resource integration,collaboration,the improvement of science and technology innovation capacity,motivating the sustainable economic development in the region.Zhengzhou city,approved to be the national innovative pilot city in 2012,plays a more important role in accelerating the transformation of economic development mode,which requires higher standards in its science and technology innovation.Therefore,studying the Government Behavior in the Construction of Regional Science and Technology Innovation System in Zhengzhou City,to strengthen government's policy making and environment creation,realize the effective integration and reasonable configuration of resources of science and technology,is meaningful for the construction of regional science and technology innovation system and the rapid economic development.In this paper,researches on the behavior of the government in the construction of Zhengzhou city science and technology innovation system.Based on the research on science and technology innovation and regional science and technology innovation system,this paper firstly analyses the government behavior and the current situation of regional science and technology innovation system construction in Zhengzhou.Secondly,it analyses the problems and reasons of government behavior in policy making,environment building,main body support and system building.Finally,on the basis of the experience of foreign developed countries and domestic advanced regions,this paper puts forward some applicable measures and suggestions to promote the construction of regional science and technology innovation system in Zhengzhou.
