With the development of science and technology and the popularity of the Internet,the rise of mobile Internet,the user's acceptance of new things is getting higher and higher,the acceptance rate is also faster and faster.Especially young people who are the main force of consumption,they hope to get services in a convenient and fast manner.What is certain is that the competition among the three major operators,fixed network and broadband market will be concentrated on network marketing.The future of network marketing by operators is bound to be completely network marketing.This article first elucidates the concept,characteristics and advantages of network marketing.Secondly,it discusses network marketing theory,market segmentation theory and e-commerce theory.Then,it analyzes the current situation of Shandong Unicom's network marketing development,then discusses the problems existing in Shandong Unicom's network marketing development,and finally puts forward the development and implementation of Shandong Unicom's network marketing strategy.Since the integration of the Internet with traditional industries,the birth of “Internet Plus” has driven Shandong Unicom to stay at the forefront of the times.The era leaders who strive to achieve "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" will provide efficient,simple,and timely information technology facilities for the integration of traditional industries,Internet companies,and enterprises.This will lay a solid foundation for the rapid expansion of "Internet +." In accordance with China Unicom's business development strategy of "2I2C" and the modern layout of telecommunications industry and resource development,the key issues existing in Shandong Unicom's integrated business marketing in the current period were analyzed in depth.Recharging,focusing on key target customers and promotion of key scenarios to support new explosives,synergies between provinces and cities,and seizing opportunities for development” are aimed at setting up a scientific and rational marketing strategy for Shandong Unicom's“Internet+” business,which will certainly It will promote the sustainable,healthy and stable development of Shandong Unicom's network marketing business income.
