Fortification Study On Standardization Of Project Management In X Company

In the process of implementing project management standardization,the management of railway construction projects still has problems such as inadequate management,substandard quality and high safety risks.To further improve the construction quality and efficiency of railway construction projects,the paper analyzes the implementation of project management standardization,situation,existing problems and strengthening measures to improve the overall management effect of railway construction projects.The main idea of the research analyzes the standardization implementation status of the project management process of the railway construction company and presents the operating procedures of the company using standardized management.The research is based on the analysis of the theory of project management standardization.The research mainly related to the specific content of the company's standardization management concludes standardization organization,quality management,project schedule management.On the basis of the analysis of the status,it reveals the problem of project management standardization: the connection is weak between traditional management mode and the standardized management mode.The basic management base was relatively weak,and the project management standardization implementation is no more than a formality,a stable corporate culture has not established,the coordination mechanism of organizational work is weak and so on.According to the actual problems that emerged from the company,it puts forward the need to formulate project management standardization implementation documents,establish standardization organization,coordinate management responsibilities of various institutions,set up executive culture,and do research and specific measures for grassroots project management.Standardization management implementation was a long-term and complex system engineering.In addition to the special nature of railway construction project management,it is necessary to continuously explore and improve.
